I love [name]Shakespeare[/name]'s many plays and I was just wondering what everyones favorite Shakespearian name is? Please post and explain why!
[name]Viola[/name] and [name]Benvolio[/name]
I love just about every female Shakespeare name, but here are a few of my favorites.
Beatrice
Helena
Iris
Diana
Marina
Rosalind
Viola
Emilia
Constance
Cressida - I think the sounds are gorgeous and I love the nick name Cressie
Horatio - love the play and the character and the name feels cool and elegant
I also like Viola, Lysander, Hero and Benvolio
Miranda. I think The Tempest is also my favourite play, so it does make sense.
But there are loads of great Shakespeare names!
Ophelia, Helena, Viola and Lysander are favourites of mine.
I can’t say I like them specifically because of the Shakespearean connections, but I do just love how they sound or other character connections.
