High school for me, too. Several of my teachers called me by my last name! (I, as a kid who grew up on HP, adored it.)

Yesterday by my [name_f]English[/name_f] teacher (middle school).

My fourth and fifth grade teachers would call me by my last name…I don’t think anyone since then has (except for sometimes my friends will call me by a nn of my last name as a joke)

she ruined the name aurora for me. (her middle name was carolina i’m pretty sure too, it was a different pronunciation of how i usually would say it though so it’s not ruined for me yet)
