I love [name_u]Georgie[/name_u], but I worry that it may be too similar in sound to [name_u]Josie[/name_u]. [name_m]Will[/name_m] you mix them up? [name_m]Will[/name_m] the wrong kid come running when you call them? If not, then go for it!

Personally, I prefer [name_u]Georgie[/name_u]. For you, I feel [name_u]Georgie[/name_u] might sound a bit too close to [name_u]Josie[/name_u] but I feel when other people hear [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f], [name_u]Josie[/name_u], [name_f]Tillie[/name_f], and [name_f]Rorie[/name_f] they will assume 3 girls and a boy. I think [name_u]Georgie[/name_u] would be best with your daughters’ names.

Both are cute, but I agree [name_u]Georgie[/name_u] and [name_u]Josie[/name_u] might be kinda close. [name_f]Rorie[/name_f] is adorable, and I don’t think it necessarily boyish at all. [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f], [name_u]Josie[/name_u], [name_f]Tillie[/name_f], and [name_f]Rorie[/name_f]? I think it works sweetly:)

I hear what you are saying about [name_u]Josie[/name_u] and [name_u]Georgie[/name_u] but often times we call [name_u]Josie[/name_u], [name_u]Jojo[/name_u].

I prefer [name_u]Georgie[/name_u] with [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f], [name_u]Josie[/name_u]/[name_u]Jojo[/name_u], and [name_f]Tillie[/name_f]. To me, [name_f]Rorie[/name_f] sounds harsh compared with her older sisters while [name_u]Georgie[/name_u] has the same soft, vintage-y sound.

I agree with this.

Me too. [name_f]Rorie[/name_f] is all boy. It doesn’t have the sweetness of your other names. [name_u]Georgie[/name_u] is adorable. [name_f]Dorothy[/name_f] has much cuter nicknames like [name_f]Dottie[/name_f], [name_f]Dot[/name_f], [name_f]Dorie[/name_f].

And I don’t think [name_u]Josie[/name_u] and [name_u]Georgie[/name_u] are too close.

I don’t think [name_u]Josie[/name_u] and [name_f]Dorthy[/name_f] are too close either.

I also like the suggestion of [name_f]Dottie[/name_f] and [name_f]Dorie[/name_f] for [name_f]Dorothy[/name_f] nns.

[name_u]Georgie[/name_u]

I’m getting the feeling that [name_u]Rory[/name_u] is mostly viewed as masculine but that [name_u]Georgie[/name_u] is often perceived as feminine. Thanks for the feedback
