honestly, from people! i really fall in love with names after hearing them on people, whether that be a friend or a stranger on a street. it helps me visualize them on a real person or little kid and gives them more life than just seeing them listed in a name website.

Besides Nameberry, of course, I think I get most inspiration from literature, movies, and my job (I work at a daycare with a lot of littles)!

nameberry, mostly. for the most part, i discover new names when other people mention names on the forums.
another way is through books. a lot of my favorite names come from my favorite books, like little women.

I don’t always discover a new name when reading, but I’ve fallen in love with so many names while reading. A character or author having a name and then being fantastic makes me adore their name! Point in case with the names…

Definitely Nameberry, but I also get inspiration from books. I love to read, and books have made me love certain names and also desensitized me to some names I previously hated.

Definitely nameberry, but also from my partner who works with kids, and from TV shows :)) I think especially with TV shows or movies, a good character can make me fall in love with a name I would have never considered before.
