I slightly prefer [name_f]Nora[/name_f] with your other children & find [name_f]Nora[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] very sweet. My second choice would be [name_f]Jane[/name_f] [name_u]Evelyn[/name_u]. I think [name_f]Jane[/name_f] is a great name for a first. I have a cousin with a little [name_f]Jane[/name_f] [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] 
[name_f]Nora[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] is beautiful! It goes great with [name_f]Emma[/name_f], [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] and [name_m]Luke[/name_m]. [name_f]Iris[/name_f] seems more like a current trend, while [name_f]Nora[/name_f] fits right in. [name_f]Jane[/name_f] as a first name is a bit of a different style in the wake of [name_f]Emma[/name_f], [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] and [name_m]Luke[/name_m].
I think all three options are perfectly lovely, and all go pretty well with [name_f]Emma[/name_f], [name_f]Chloe[/name_f], and [name_m]Luke[/name_m]. I’m leaning toward [name_f]Iris[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f], personally, but I like [name_f]Nora[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] a lot, too, and [name_f]Emma[/name_f], [name_f]Chloe[/name_f], [name_m]Luke[/name_m], and [name_f]Nora[/name_f] are adorable together! I don’t think you could go wrong.
[name_f]Iris[/name_f] is getting my vote, though.

[name_f]Jane[/name_f] is currently at the top of my list, I adore [name_f]Iris[/name_f] (and would use it if it didn’t sound so awful with the last name) and my cousin just named her little girl [name_f]Nora[/name_f] [name_u]Joan[/name_u] (so similar!). So, it was difficult for me to choose. All your choices are so pretty.
I ended up choosing [name_f]Iris[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f].
I love the sweetness and simplicity of [name_f]Jane[/name_f]. I think it is perfectly suitable for a first name!
