I prefer Kyra, but Lyra can be pronounced Lee-ra, while I worry Kee-ra might be wrong

I prefer [name_f]Lyra[/name_f]’s soft sound 
Lyra is more melodic, love it!
I prefer the sharpness of [name_f]Kyra[/name_f]!
Lyra I like it’s softer sounds. And I think [name_m]Lye[/name_m]-ra is definitely the more accepted pronunciation? So there would be less confusion.
I would be unsure if I should pronounce [name_f]Kyra[/name_f] kee-ra or kye-ra. Also I just tend to avoid ‘k’ names, I feel like growing up ‘k’ was THE letter to use, so they always feel slightly dated to me.
I’ve never been able to like [name_f]Kyra[/name_f] or [name_f]Kira[/name_f] or [name_f]Keira[/name_f] or really any of those. And honestly, I have absolutely no clue why.
I love [name_f]Lyra[/name_f] and how similar is sounds to lyric. It’s so soft and musical, and has much more intuitive spelling and pronunciation.
I love how musical [name_f]Lyra[/name_f] sounds, I prefer the Lie-rah pronunciation, but I don’t mind the [name_u]Lee[/name_u]-ra way either.
Lyra, both because of the look/sound and because of the association to [name_m]Phillip[/name_m] Pullman’s His Dark Materials.
Lyra for sure! Gorgeous, mysterious, and lyrical. [name_f]Kyra[/name_f] is more trendy to me. Both [name_f]Kyra[/name_f]’s I know pronounce it kee-ra. I much prefer the [name_f]Keira[/name_f] spelling.
Kyrra =i would pronounce keera. [name_f]Kyrah[/name_f] = i would pronounce kye ra. If I saw them spelled this way this is how I would pronounce… However, [name_f]Kyra[/name_f] i would also pronounce kye ra. If i wanted the name leera, i would spell Lyrra or Lirra.
This! [name_f]Lyra[/name_f] has more feistiness and magic because of the character imo. Whereas [name_f]Kyra[/name_f] is lovely, but I don’t feel excited by her.

I prefer [name_f]Kyra[/name_f], and I actually like the Kee-ra pronounciation best for that name, which btw is totally legitimate. I think [name_f]Kira[/name_f] is a more intuitive spelling for that pronunciation, though, although I do like the look of [name_f]Kyra[/name_f] as well.
Lyra is more melodic and quite whimsical. I really love it.
