my personal favourite would be [name_f]Marcelina[/name_f] [name_f]Anna[/name_f].
I like [name_f]Marcelina[/name_f] best of all your names - it’s just closest to my personal style - and I think it’s deserving of a first name slot. it pairs beautifully with [name_f]Anna[/name_f], which is sweet and elegant, so the whole combo is lovely, and gentle. it brings up imagery of a ponytail tied with a yellow bow and candied lemon peels, and just feels sweet, pretty, and timeless.

Julia [name_f]Marcelina[/name_f] is my favorite. I like [name_f]Anna[/name_f] [name_f]Marcelina[/name_f]/ [name_f]Marcelina[/name_f] [name_f]Anna[/name_f] too
Julia [name_f]Marcelina[/name_f] is my favorite in terms of liking both names and the flow between them, but [name_f]Anna[/name_f] [name_f]Marcelina[/name_f] (or even [name_f]Anna[/name_f] [name_f]Marceline[/name_f]!) would be my choice if mixing and matching is an option!

Like the classic [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] and [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f] but fresher and more interesting
Marcelina [name_f]Anna[/name_f], because those names are lovely individually and make a really good combo.
Combo-wise, I like the pairing of [name_f]Julia[/name_f] and [name_f]Marcelina[/name_f] together best. However, [name_f]Oliwia[/name_f] is my favorite FN, and I think [name_f]Oliwia[/name_f] [name_f]Aleksandra[/name_f] is super lovely. 
So I would vote either [name_f]Oliwia[/name_f] or [name_f]Julia[/name_f], I think–either would be perfect!
I love your names, by the way–I wish I could use a Polish name myself!
Julia [name_f]Marcelina[/name_f] is my favorite. They flow seamlessly, and have such an elegant, soft feel while still being strong and stable.
Marcelina [name_f]Anna[/name_f] is my favourite, but would prefer [name_f]Marceline[/name_f] [name_f]Anna[/name_f] or [name_f]Marcelina[/name_f] [name_u]Anne[/name_u].
