Which Boy Name Do You Prefer?

Hello!
I am eight months pregnant with my first baby (so excited!), and the ultrasound has confirmed it is a boy. I have come up with several boy names but I can’t decide.

[name_u]Robin[/name_u] - I love the robin bird and it reminds me of [name_u]Robin[/name_u] Hood, which I loved as a little girl.
[name_m]Patrick[/name_m] - I’ve never met a boy called [name_m]Patrick[/name_m] and I think it’s strong and there’s the cute nickname [name_u]Ricky[/name_u], but DH says that it’s overused where he grew up…
[name_u]Logan[/name_u] - I am of Scottish ancestry and I love the sound of the name [name_u]Logan[/name_u], but I’m worried it’s too common.

Can you guys give me some advice and your opinions of your favourite?

You have some amazing options! You could consider taking 2 or 3 of the names to the hospital with you, and decide once you see your son.

My personal favorite is [name_u]Robin[/name_u], although I see the appeal of [name_u]Logan[/name_u] too! I do know a handful of boys named [name_u]Logan[/name_u], but only one (well, teenager) named [name_m]Patrick[/name_m].

[name_f]Do[/name_f] you have a middle name picked out? If not, maybe ~

I feel like you love the name [name_u]Robin[/name_u] slightly more and it is, in my opinion, the strongest and most striking name on your list. [name_u]Robin[/name_u] is criminally underused!

I love [name_m]Patrick[/name_m], nicknamed [name_u]Pax[/name_u] or no nickname at all. It isn’t overused and it classic and handsome.

One thing with [name_u]Robin[/name_u] is it’s being used as a girl’s name more often now, but I love a lot of unisex names. Also like [name_u]Logan[/name_u] :slight_smile:

I love [name_u]Robin[/name_u] and [name_m]Patrick[/name_m]!! Not so fond of [name_u]Logan[/name_u], but I really like the first two. [name_u]Robin[/name_u] “[name_u]Bobby[/name_u]” would probably be my first pick.

[name_u]Robin[/name_u] is a fantastic name! It’s sweet, strong and very underused as a pp said.

all three are great, but I love [name_u]Robin[/name_u] most! it also reminds me of [name_u]Robin[/name_u] Hood, and as said, it’s both sweet and strong.
I’d love meeting a little boy with the name!
