All are great names & combos, I think my personal fav is [name_m]Elijah[/name_m] [name_u]Michael[/name_u], it doesn’t ‘flow’ as well as some of the others but I just find it the most appealing, to me.
My favorite is [name_m]Elijah[/name_m] [name_u]Michael[/name_u]. I like both names while with the other combinations I only like one out of two names. [name_u]Emmett[/name_u] [name_m]Joseph[/name_m] is my least favorite because the -ett/[name_m]Jos[/name_m] transition is a bit awkward for me to say.
It was very close between [name_m]Elijah[/name_m] and [name_m]Levi[/name_m], I love both names but always feel as though [name_m]Levi[/name_m] is more versatile and suits all ages.
Really, all of your combos are great. It looks like you’ve done a great job of finding those “sweet spot” first names, and using a family middle name is wonderful. I voted for [name_m]Elijah[/name_m] [name_u]Michael[/name_u]. I think it is appealing as a combo because the long-I repeats in each name - elIjah mIchael.
They are all handsome. My top two are [name_m]Asher[/name_m] [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] and [name_u]Emmett[/name_u] [name_m]Joseph[/name_m]. [name_m]Levi[/name_m] [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] is not far behind.
You really can’t go wrong, purely a matter of personal preference. I like them all but voted for [name_u]Emmett[/name_u] [name_m]Joseph[/name_m]. Good luck!
Thank you everyone for your comments, I would seriously be happy with any of my combos (maybe I just need to have four boys!) I admit my fav has been [name_m]Levi[/name_m] [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] but it is very popular here in Aus (no 29 last year) my close second is [name_u]Emmett[/name_u] [name_m]Joseph[/name_m] which has pulled ahead in votes! I think my ultimate choice will be between these two names. We might have to wait to meet him and see which suits him best 
I like [name_u]Emmett[/name_u] [name_m]Joseph[/name_m]. You can’t go wrong with any of your choices though.
