Hello I’m really stuck on what to call my first daughter, so I was wondering if you could give me your favorite out of these 3 names? I would be really grateful! Also, I’m a fan of more than one middle name so if you can think of anymore, that would be great also!
[name]Aurora[/name] [name]Belle[/name]- I love this name. I’m a massive disney fan, and [name]Princess[/name] [name]Aurora[/name] and [name]Princess[/name] [name]Belle[/name] are my favourites!
[name]Scarlett[/name] [name]Hollie[/name]- I like the way that [name]Scarlett[/name] rolls of my tongue, and [name]Hollie[/name] is my best friend.
[name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Anna[/name]- [name]Ever[/name] since I was little I have been a massive fan of [name]Anne[/name] Boleyn and [name]Elizabeth[/name] I, plus my other best friend is called [name]Anna[/name].
I really like [name]Aurora[/name] [name]Belle[/name] and [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Anna[/name]. [name]Scarlett[/name] [name]Hollie[/name] is okay but feels almost prematurely dated.
I also think [name]Aurora[/name] [name]Belle[/name] could be too much Disney in one name (and I practically live in Disneyland, so I wouldn’t use the phrase “too much Disney” unless I really thought so!) Maybe [name]Aurora[/name] [name]Hollie[/name] or [name]Aurora[/name] [name]Scarlett[/name] instead?
[name]Aurora[/name] [name]Belle[/name] is pretty but too Disney [name]Princess[/name] for my tastes. They’re both lovely names, I just wouldn’t use them together. [name]Scarlett[/name] is ok, I understand the appeal, I’m just not crazy about it. I prefer [name]Hollie[/name] spelled [name]Holly[/name]. [name]Scarlett[/name] [name]Belle[/name] would also be nice or [name]Scarlett[/name] [name]Aurora[/name]. My favorite from your list is [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Anna[/name], two gorgeous classics steeped in history and literature and have meaningful namesakes for you. I completely agree w/ PP that I would rather be named after strong historical figures than fictional Disney characters
[name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Anna[/name] is a classic combo with depth and history. The other two combos are either too princess-y for my taste ([name]Aurora[/name] [name]Belle[/name]) or too descriptive ([name]Scarlett[/name] [name]Hollie[/name]).
I like the names [name]Aurora[/name], [name]Scarlett[/name], [name]Elizabeth[/name], and [name]Anna[/name]. [name]Hollie[/name] I’m not a fan of even spelled the traditional way, and [name]Belle[/name] just always seems incomplete to me.
What do you think of these combos:
[name]Aurora[/name] [name]Ceres[/name] (I went with a [name]Roman[/name] theme for this one, since besides being a Disney princess, [name]Aurora[/name] is a name from [name]Roman[/name] Mythology)
[name]Aurora[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Ceres[/name]
[name]Anna[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] (I think the flow is better with the names swapped)
[name]Anna[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Salome[/name] (Biblical theme)
[name]Scarlett[/name] [name]Ophelia[/name] (literary theme)
[name]Scarlett[/name] [name]Isabel[/name] (threw in an elongated version of [name]Belle[/name])
My favorite is [name]Aurora[/name] [name]Belle[/name].
I also like [name]Aurora[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name], [name]Scarlett[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name], [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Holly[/name], [name]Aurora[/name] [name]Isabelle[/name].
I dont think [name]Aurora[/name] [name]Belle[/name] is too disney princess, I think its cute.
My favorite is [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Anna[/name]. I quite like [name]Aurora[/name] [name]Belle[/name] and to me the Disney thing isn’t overwhelming, but I also understand how it could be to others. My big concern with [name]Aurora[/name] [name]Belle[/name] is sadly, I kind of hear “horrible” in it a little bit. [name]Scarlett[/name] [name]Hollie[/name] is too literal for me - red being the color of [name]Holly[/name].
Although I like [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Anna[/name] - strong historical figures, great names, the tie to your friend [name]Anna[/name] - it does seem almost a little too plain and classic.
I want to suggest [name]Annabel[/name] to you for combining [name]Anne[/name] Boleyn, your friend, and [name]Belle[/name], but I don’t think the flow is great with some of the names here. Let me play around and suggest some combos for you.
[name]Aurora[/name] [name]Hollie[/name]
[name]Aurora[/name] [name]Hollie[/name] [name]Belle[/name]
[name]Aurora[/name] [name]Isabel/name (I don’t think the flow is perfect, but I do like it and [name]Isabel[/name] ties to both [name]Elizabeth[/name] and [name]Belle[/name])
[name]Aurora[/name] [name]Scarlett[/name] [name]Belle[/name] (I would not just do [name]Aurora[/name] [name]Scarlett[/name] because you might have an S surname or she might marry to someone who has one).
[name]Aurora[/name] [name]Scarlett[/name] [name]Isabel/name
[name]Scarlett[/name] [name]Annabel/name
[name]Scarlett[/name] [name]Isabel/name
[name]Scarlett[/name] [name]Isabel[/name] [name]Hollie[/name]
[name]Scarlett[/name] [name]Annabel/name [name]Hollie[/name]
[name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Scarlett[/name]
[name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Aurora[/name]
[name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Aurora[/name] [name]Belle[/name] (I think with [name]Aurora[/name] [name]Belle[/name] as two middles, some of the concerns are milder)
[name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Hollie[/name]
[name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Hollie[/name] [name]Anne[/name]
I love [name]Aurora[/name] [name]Belle[/name]. It’s cute, but still grown up.
My second favorite is Elizabethe [name]Anna[/name]. It’s strong and pretty.
I don’t like [name]Scarlett[/name] [name]Hollie[/name] as I don’t like [name]Holly[/name] spelled [name]Hollie[/name] and it sounds like a description.
I like them all, but I think they would sound better of all the most similar names weren’t together, of that makes sense. E.g. [name]Aurora[/name] [name]Hollie[/name], [name]Scarlett[/name] [name]Anna[/name] and [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Belle[/name] instead, or something like that.
