My favorites:

[name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_f]Theophania[/name_f]
[name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] [name_f]Theophania[/name_f]
[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] [name_f]Theophania[/name_f]

My favorite is [name_f]Annabel[/name_f], adore, followed by [name_f]Louise[/name_f] (honor name, growing on me a lot). I also adore/love [name_f]Rose[/name_f], [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f], [name_f]Emma[/name_f], [name_f]Emme[/name_f], [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f], and [name_f]Isobel[/name_f].

I think all your choices go well with your children’s names.

If you absolutely adore [name_f]Isobel[/name_f], and it’s The One, I would not let his co-workers change your mind. It would be awful if in the future you regret not using it. If it doesn’t feel like The One, you need to keep searching no matter what the co-workers will be naming their baby.

Tough call, but I ended up voting for [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] because [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is so perfect with [name_f]Vera[/name_f] and [name_f]Cate[/name_f]. Also love [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] [name_f]Theophania[/name_f]. I would stick with the nickname theme.

[name_f]Annabel[/name_f] [name_f]Theophania[/name_f] is so gorgeous, and my fave with your sibset.

Thanks, everyone!

I think that’s kind of the problem, that after naming two daughters already whose names we absolutely love, it’s tough to find yet another “The One” that we actually agree on. [name_f]Isobel[/name_f] is a name I like very much, but it’s not my favorite version of it – I prefer [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] – and the main reason I agreed to that version is because I wanted to use the nickname [name_f]Zoe[/name_f], which would be “The One” for me as a formal name on its own, but absolutely not for my husband. Out of the choices in the poll, I like [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] the best on its own, but I go back and forth on if I like it with [name_f]Theophania[/name_f] as the middle name, and it’s not my husband’s favorite on the list (although he does like it a lot and would agree to if I did say it was “The One”). His favorites are the [name_f]Mary[/name_f] names ([name_f]Marie[/name_f] and [name_f]Marianne[/name_f]), but I’m mostly lukewarm on those. At this point, I may have to give up on [name_f]Theophania[/name_f] as the middle name, which is disappointing, but potentially choosing a first name we don’t like as much as some others just to use it doesn’t quite make sense…

Ooh, this is so hard! For varying reasons, I think [name_f]Emily[/name_f], [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f], [name_f]Annabel[/name_f], [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f], [name_f]Marie[/name_f], [name_f]Audrey[/name_f], and [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] are my favorites, but I’m not sure how helpful that is because it doesn’t even cut your list in half, lol.

[name_f]Emily[/name_f], [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f], [name_f]Annabel[/name_f], and [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] were favorites because of the nn appeal, particularly with [name_f]Cate[/name_f] and [name_f]Vera[/name_f]. [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] made the list because I’m just rabidly in love with [name_f]Audrey[/name_f]. [name_f]Penelope[/name_f], too.

[name_f]Marie[/name_f] made the cut because it just seems like a “you” name, and [name_f]Marie[/name_f] [name_f]Theophania[/name_f] is gorgeous. I think [name_f]Catherine[/name_f], [name_f]Veronica[/name_f], and [name_f]Marie[/name_f] are gorgeous, and all have that same vibe that they could be a middle-aged woman or a newborn, if that makes sense? I usually hate [name_f]Marie[/name_f]–it’s my own middle, and I hate it on me–but [name_f]Marie[/name_f] [name_f]Theophania[/name_f] is gorgeous, and I love it for you.

I also loved [name_f]Annabel[/name_f] because [name_f]Annabel[/name_f] [name_f]Theophania[/name_f] is gorgeous. I can’t tell if, as a combo, I like [name_f]Marie[/name_f] [name_f]Theophania[/name_f] or [name_f]Annabel[/name_f] [name_f]Theophania[/name_f] more.

I think, out of all of them, that [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] nn [name_f]Evie[/name_f] is getting my vote, though. I just [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_f]Evie[/name_f] with [name_m]Liam[/name_m], [name_f]Cate[/name_f], and [name_f]Vera[/name_f], and [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] goes so well with [name_m]William[/name_m], [name_f]Catherine[/name_f], and [name_f]Veronica[/name_f]. Plus, [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] [name_f]Theophania[/name_f] is stunning. It’s so hard to pick, though–these are all so beautiful!

I’m so sad to see [name_f]Isobel[/name_f] [name_f]Theophania[/name_f] “[name_f]Zoe[/name_f]” maybe go, though. :frowning:

I really adore [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] [name_f]Theophania[/name_f] ([name_f]Rose[/name_f]), [name_f]Annabel[/name_f] [name_f]Theophania[/name_f] ([name_f]Anna[/name_f]), [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]Theophania[/name_f] and [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] [name_f]Theophania[/name_f]… and end up voting for [name_f]Audrey[/name_f]. It’s sweet and strong, classic like your other kids names but still short enough next to [name_f]Theophania[/name_f]. [name_u]Love[/name_u] it!

  1. [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] [name_f]Theophania[/name_f]
  2. [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_f]Theophania[/name_f]
  3. [name_f]Louise[/name_f] [name_f]Theophania[/name_f]

I’m torn between [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] & [name_f]Annabel[/name_f]! If I have to choose, I’d go with [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f]

Lots of lovely names there! I voted for [name_f]Annabel[/name_f], but I also love many others on your list, and [name_f]Isobel[/name_f].

So besides [name_f]Annabel[/name_f] and [name_f]Isobel[/name_f], I think [name_f]Penelope[/name_f], [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f], [name_f]Audrey[/name_f], [name_f]Emily[/name_f] & [name_f]Marianne[/name_f] are really lovely. One of the advantages of the classic [name_f]Marianne[/name_f] is that it is not often used at the moment. I’m not so keen on [name_f]Louise[/name_f], which just doesn’t seem to have the presence of the others (and your other kids’ names ) and I dislike [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f]. [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] is fussy and unappealing to me, though I like many other [name_f]Rose[/name_f] names. I suppose I’m influenced too by a lovely woman I know who changed her name from [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] as a young adult because she couldn’t stand it.

[name_f]Emily[/name_f] and [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] are my favorites with your surname.

I really feel for you. Trying to find that perfect name for your child is so emotional, stressing, and difficult. And it has to get much more difficult as a 3rd, 4th, etc get added. I have joked that I wonder if any couples have gotten a divorce over naming. Actually it’s no joke. I actually wouldn’t be surprised to hear that a couple has…or started the down fall because of naming. A person can truly adore 10/20 names but only have a couple/few that they feel that extra special attachment to. [name_m]Add[/name_m] in another person …

I wish you the best. I know that whatever name is chosen it will become even more special when it becomes attached to your sweet baby girl.

It’s definitely tough!

Thank you, again, everyone. It looks like [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] is the current favorite in the poll. It’s not a name I’ve ever given much thought to, but I’m starting to crush on it quite a bit! And the idea of [name_m]Liam[/name_m], [name_f]Cate[/name_f], [name_f]Vera[/name_f], and [name_f]Rose[/name_f] does make my heart flutter… It could possibly grow to love. I do think we’re going to start looking at non-[name_f]Theophania[/name_f] combos, too, though.

My favourites are [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] [name_f]Theophania[/name_f] and [name_f]Louise[/name_f] [name_f]Theophania[/name_f]. Both gorgeous combos.

“[name_f]Mari[/name_f]” names? Are [name_u]Marion[/name_u], [name_f]Marigold[/name_f] or [name_f]Marilyn[/name_f] possible options?

My favorite is [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] [name_f]Theophania[/name_f]. But [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] nn [name_f]Nell[/name_f] or [name_f]POLA[/name_f] is nice too. I think you should worry less how the combo flows.

My favorite is [name_f]Isabel[/name_f]. I don’t think you should drop it because of a co-worker. That’s too much of a risk because in a year, 2yrs etc. The co-worker may have a different job.

My second favorite is [name_f]Annabel[/name_f] with [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] being a close third.

[name_f]Marianne[/name_f] fits perfectly. [name_f]Marnie[/name_f], [name_f]Molly[/name_f], [name_f]Mary[/name_f], [name_f]Manon[/name_f], [name_f]Mara[/name_f]… anything can be a nickname for her almost. I really like [name_f]Mimi[/name_f]. Second choice was a tie between [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] and [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f]. [name_f]Annabel[/name_f] I feel like I love some moments and on others don’t.

@mega-muffin were you not planning [name_f]Isobel[/name_f] nn [name_f]Zoe[/name_f]? Thats hard to go past.
If not [name_f]Annabel[/name_f] ([name_f]Anna[/name_f]), [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] or [name_f]Louise[/name_f]. [name_f]Louise[/name_f] is a name I am very fond of and I think would fit with the sibs. Best wishes.

My favorites:

[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f]
[name_f]Annabel[/name_f]
[name_f]Penelope[/name_f]

If your husband likes [name_f]Mari[/name_f] names, would he like [name_f]Miriam[/name_f]? I know two Miriams, and they both go by the nickname [name_f]Mimi[/name_f] (which is on your list of nicknames). Or she could go by [name_f]Miri[/name_f], which is sweet with [name_m]Liam[/name_m], [name_f]Cate[/name_f], and [name_f]Vera[/name_f].

And if your heart is set on Isobal ([name_f]Zoe[/name_f]), I think you should use it. A co-worker doesn’t seem like a close enough connection… would be different if it were a close friend or family member using it.
