Which FN sounds better

After going over all the names people’s suggestions for the middles [name_m]John[/name_m] [name_m]David[/name_m] & [name_m]Edward[/name_m] [name_m]Stephen[/name_m].

The names he likes:- [name_u]Alex[/name_u], [name_u]Theo[/name_u], [name_u]Sam[/name_u], [name_u]Ryan[/name_u], [name_u]Freddie[/name_u], [name_m]Harry[/name_m], [name_m]Thomas[/name_m], [name_m]Daniel[/name_m], [name_u]Rhys[/name_u], [name_m]Philip[/name_m], [name_u]Seth[/name_u], [name_m]Grant[/name_m], [name_m]Nathan[/name_m], [name_u]Corey[/name_u], [name_m]Troy[/name_m], [name_u]Dean[/name_u], [name_u]Aiden[/name_u], [name_u]Dean[/name_u], [name_m]Lloyd[/name_m], [name_u]Shawn[/name_u] (Can’t be used with [name_m]John[/name_m]), [name_m]Russell[/name_m], [name_u]Owen[/name_u] (Not sure if it is useable as my boyfriends friend has a son called this).

The Names I like:- [name_m]Arran[/name_m] ([name_m]Ah[/name_m]-[name_m]Ran[/name_m]), [name_m]Levi[/name_m], [name_u]Bradley[/name_u], [name_m]Caleb[/name_m] (He’s Not 100% on this one), [name_u]Spencer[/name_u] (Unsure with surname), [name_m]Huw[/name_m] (This Spelling), [name_u]Lawrence[/name_u] NN [name_m]Lance[/name_m], [name_m]Henry[/name_m] NN [name_m]Huw[/name_m], [name_m]William[/name_m], [name_m]Zachary[/name_m] (He Prefer’s [name_m]Zach[/name_m] on his own), [name_m]Donovan[/name_m], [name_m]Charles[/name_m], [name_m]Oscar[/name_m], [name_m]Gabriel[/name_m], [name_u]Kieran[/name_u], [name_m]Adrian[/name_m], [name_u]Sheldon[/name_u], [name_m]Lucas[/name_m], [name_m]Nicholas[/name_m], [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] (He’s unsure on this), [name_m]Jeremy[/name_m], [name_m]Jared[/name_m].

My question is which Name out of either lists sounds ok with which middle name. Sibling [name_f]Amy[/name_f]-[name_f]Louise[/name_f], Surname Kitcher.

[name_m]Just[/name_m] so people know what were planning if it was a girl. - [name_f]Lucy[/name_f], [name_f]Holly[/name_f], [name_f]Stella[/name_f], [name_f]Millie[/name_f] & [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] (Middle name [name_f]Rose[/name_f] or [name_f]Lavender[/name_f] or [name_f]Lavender[/name_f] [name_f]May[/name_f]).

I’d go w/[name_m]Zachary[/name_m] [name_m]John[/name_m] [name_m]David[/name_m] and call him [name_m]Zach[/name_m].

Thank You. I love [name_m]Zachary[/name_m].

any others

I think a lot of these work well with your mns. My favorites are:

[name_f]Amy[/name_f]-[name_f]Louise[/name_f] and

[name_m]Philip[/name_m] [name_m]John[/name_m] [name_m]David[/name_m]
[name_u]Seth[/name_u] [name_m]David[/name_m] [name_m]John[/name_m] (I think this order works better for this name)
[name_m]Russell[/name_m] [name_m]John[/name_m] [name_m]David[/name_m]
[name_m]Grant[/name_m] [name_m]Edward[/name_m] [name_m]Stephen[/name_m]
[name_m]Lloyd[/name_m] [name_m]John[/name_m] [name_m]David[/name_m]
[name_m]Gabriel[/name_m] [name_m]John[/name_m] [name_m]David[/name_m]

(first name) + ([name_m]John[/name_m] [name_m]David[/name_m] or [name_m]Edward[/name_m] [name_m]Stephen[/name_m]) + Kitcher? The syllable count would be ?-1-2-2 or ?-2-2-2. First, I’d nix any 2 syllable names. I’d go with a 3 syllable name definitely. From his/your list, here’s what I come up with:

[name_m]Alexander[/name_m]
[name_m]Theodore[/name_m]
[name_m]Frederick[/name_m]
[name_m]Harrison[/name_m]
[name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m]
[name_m]Donovan[/name_m]
[name_m]Adrian[/name_m]
[name_m]Sebastian[/name_m]
[name_m]Jeremy[/name_m]

You’re right about [name_u]Spencer[/name_u]. Since your last name has an -er ending as well, it may be best to pass on it. When it comes to [name_f]Rose[/name_f] as a middle name for your daughter, it’s a bit overused if that doesn’t bother you. Why don’t you look at other 3 syllable names that may pique your interest?

Thank You davisellu - I like [name_u]Seth[/name_u] [name_m]David[/name_m] [name_m]John[/name_m] (I dont mind which way around them middle names are as long as they are in there).

Thank You basicsand - I don’t mind longer names but my boyfriend doesnt like them he prefers simple names (as he calls them). So [name_m]Alexander[/name_m], [name_m]Theodore[/name_m], [name_m]Frederick[/name_m] (I hate this name sounds like a old man), [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] (cant use a Nephew is called this), [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m], [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] (I love this but he’s not sure he says it’s hard to say).

[name_m]Donovan[/name_m]/[name_m]Adrian[/name_m]/[name_m]Jeremy[/name_m] - These are on our list but he’s unsure on all of them. Are there any other 3 syllable names that are relativly easy to say.

[name_f]Rose[/name_f] is after my nan so it’s not just a random name it has some meaning.

I like [name_u]Theo[/name_u] and [name_m]Lucas[/name_m] best!

Thank You [name_m]Lucas[/name_m] is my fave name.

I’ll throw in these other 3 syllable names:

[name_m]Edison[/name_m]
[name_m]Jefferson[/name_m]
[name_m]Raphael[/name_m]
[name_u]Sullivan[/name_u]
[name_m]Thaddeus[/name_m]
[name_m]Tobias[/name_m]

If pronounciation is an issue, why not do a Super Search of 3 syllable names with your or your significant other’s heritage?

[name_m]Edison[/name_m]/[name_m]Jefferson[/name_m] - I’m not keen on names ending in [name_m]Son[/name_m] or Surnames as FN’s.
[name_m]Raphael[/name_m] - I’m not really [name_m]Keen[/name_m] on this one.
[name_u]Sullivan[/name_u] - I like this but again he’s unsure.
[name_m]Thaddeus[/name_m] - A little too out there for our taste. - We like names that are easy to say and even I dunno how to say this.
[name_m]Tobias[/name_m] - I cant use this as I had a Stillborn son called [name_u]Tobie[/name_u].

I’v looked up names and I will post the ones I likes:- [name_u]Alexis[/name_u] & [name_u]Ariel[/name_u] (I prefer them on girls though), [name_m]Zachary[/name_m] (He Prefers [name_m]Zach[/name_m]), [name_m]Julian[/name_m], [name_m]Romeo[/name_m], [name_m]Damian[/name_m], [name_m]Ricardo[/name_m], [name_m]Solomon[/name_m], [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] (He likes [name_u]Sam[/name_u] but not [name_m]Samuel[/name_m]).

any other help.

[name_m]Charles[/name_m], [name_m]Edward[/name_m], [name_m]Henry[/name_m], [name_m]John[/name_m], [name_u]Lawrence[/name_u], [name_m]Nathan[/name_m], [name_m]Nicholas[/name_m], [name_m]Philip[/name_m], [name_m]Stephen[/name_m], [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] and [name_m]William[/name_m] are most compatible with [name_f]Amy[/name_f]-[name_f]Louise[/name_f].

If it were up to me, I’d choose:

[name_f]Amy[/name_f]-[name_f]Louise[/name_f] and [name_m]Nathan[/name_m]

[name_f]Amy[/name_f]-[name_f]Louise[/name_f] and [name_m]Stephen[/name_m]

[name_f]Amy[/name_f]-[name_f]Louise[/name_f] and [name_m]Thomas[/name_m]

(with [name_m]Edward[/name_m] [name_m]John[/name_m] as a middle in each instance)

[name_m]John[/name_m], [name_m]Edward[/name_m], [name_m]Stephen[/name_m] & [name_m]Charles[/name_m] have been voted off as fn’s which I love all with [name_f]Amy[/name_f]-[name_f]Louise[/name_f] she is named after my great grandmothers [name_f]Emily[/name_f] NN [name_f]Emi[/name_f] and [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] NN [name_f]Millie[/name_f].

[name_m]Edward[/name_m] [name_m]John[/name_m] is not a option as a fn as my boyfriends grandfather was named [name_m]Edward[/name_m] and his son was [name_m]John[/name_m] so we would like to stay away from them being paired together which is why we have [name_m]Edward[/name_m] [name_m]Stephen[/name_m] and [name_m]John[/name_m] [name_m]David[/name_m] although [name_m]David[/name_m] [name_m]Edward[/name_m]/[name_m]Edward[/name_m] [name_m]David[/name_m] and [name_m]Stephen[/name_m] [name_m]John[/name_m]/[name_m]John[/name_m] [name_m]Stephen[/name_m] would be accepted.

Any other opinions. On FNs for [name_m]David[/name_m] [name_m]Edward[/name_m] or [name_m]Edward[/name_m] [name_m]Stephen[/name_m] or [name_m]Edward[/name_m] [name_m]David[/name_m] as a middle or [name_m]John[/name_m] [name_m]David[/name_m]/[name_m]David[/name_m] [name_m]John[/name_m] or [name_m]Stephen[/name_m] [name_m]John[/name_m] or [name_m]John[/name_m] [name_m]Stephen[/name_m].

Also names that sound ok if it was twins as that runs in the family so I wanna be prepared.

Any other help ???

I think [name_m]Charles[/name_m] nn [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] Kitcher would be so cute! [name_m]Charles[/name_m] [name_m]Edward[/name_m] [name_m]Stephen[/name_m]. [name_f]Amy[/name_f]-[name_f]Louise[/name_f] & [name_u]Charlie[/name_u].
