I love [name_f]Amelia[/name_f]. I think just [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is perfectly fine with [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f], it is strong & classic just like [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]. Also if you choose [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f], keep in mind that if she wants when she is an adult she can still always go by just [name_f]Rose[/name_f] as a nn if she feels [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] is too childish. Many people drop the -y or-ie ending of a nickname when they go into the professional world. ([name_m]Willy[/name_m] - [name_m]Will[/name_m], [name_u]Ricky[/name_u] - [name_m]Rick[/name_m], [name_u]Joey[/name_u] - [name_m]Joe[/name_m]).

I think [name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_f]Catherine[/name_f] doesn’t sound nearly as nice as [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Catherine[/name_f] though. [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] [name_f]Catherine[/name_f] is better, but [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Catherine[/name_f] is definitely the best.

I actually do love just [name_f]Rose[/name_f] but I wasn’t sure if it would work as well with [name_f]Catherine[/name_f] or if my boyfriend would like it. He’s very keen on names with nicknames (as none of his family goes by their formal names) so I’m not sure I could convince him on just [name_f]Rose[/name_f] - even though it was HIS suggestion lol you do make a good point, though. [name_f]Rose[/name_f]/[name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] is plenty professional and when it comes down to it, she can choose whatever she wants! But [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] is just so lovely. I don’t think [name_f]Rose[/name_f] can beat it. We’ll see how the poll goes!

This is a really hard choice. I love both of them, but I think [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] [name_f]Catherine[/name_f] wins by just a tad. I love [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] or [name_f]Rose[/name_f] as a nn, and I think it works better with [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f].
