I much prefer [name_u]Rue[/name_u]
[name_u]Rue[/name_u] is adorable. I’ve always preferred [name_u]Angel[/name_u] on a boy.
To be frank, neither one is my cup of tea. But your question is which is prettier… so [name_u]Angel[/name_u] by a mile. [name_u]Rue[/name_u] is a word name that means regret. I just couldn’t use it. [name_m]How[/name_m] about a longer version of [name_u]Angel[/name_u] like [name_f]Angelica[/name_f]?
[name_f]Do[/name_f] you like [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f]? It has the angelic meaning you are looking for and is such a pretty name. [name_u]Angel[/name_u] could even be a nickname since that’s what [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f] means!
To be honest, I like neither but I prefer [name_u]Angel[/name_u] if only because I severely dislike [name_u]Rue[/name_u].
I’m sorry, I don’t care for either.
I don’t even have to think about it, my choice would no doubt be [name_u]Rue[/name_u].
I love everything about the flow of this name, however, it would be unusable for me due to it meaning “regret”.
I’m not fond of [name_u]Angel[/name_u], it doesn’t have that “spark” to me.
[name_u]Angel[/name_u] is much prettier. [name_u]Rue[/name_u] makes me think of rude.
To me [name_u]Angel[/name_u] is an endearment, a nice one, like honey. I am usually quite flexible about gender names, anything that some seem to take issue with but this is one name that’s not a name for me. I use "[name_u]Angel[/name_u]’ as a ‘term of endearment’ often.
[name_u]Rue[/name_u] I liked a lot until I knew a ‘Roo’ -which I hope is not short for Kangaroo’ and that spoilt the name a little but I would pick [name_u]Rue[/name_u].
Both are cute, but [name_u]Rue[/name_u] is for pets. [name_f]Angeline[/name_f] would be my preference, but [name_u]Angel[/name_u] is sweet, too. It does have some negative class connotations for some, but I’d disregard that.
[name_u]Rue[/name_u] is an herb. I like it.
[name_u]Angel[/name_u] is gorgeous. [name_u]Rue[/name_u] sounds too harsh for a little girl.
[name_u]Rue[/name_u] for sure! Though neither are my favorite, per se, [name_u]Angel[/name_u] is just more of a boy’s name to me. [name_u]Rue[/name_u] is heavily connected to The Hunger Games, though, so it’s your call.
Neither name is really my style, so I’m not a fan of them. [name_u]Angel[/name_u] sounds more melodic to me, so I would choose that.
I love the Hunger Games connection for [name_u]Rue[/name_u], what a great character to be named after
I’m not keen on [name_u]Angel[/name_u], partly because I have a cousin called [name_u]Angel[/name_u] who has been plagued throughout her life with jokes like ‘she’s such a little angel’ or teachers telling her to live up to her name more. [name_f]Angelique[/name_f] or [name_f]Angelica[/name_f] would be a better way of getting the [name_u]Angel[/name_u] bit in there without being so obvious.
I would go with [name_f]Angelica[/name_f] and nn [name_u]Angel[/name_u]
