I have a hard time chooseing between [name]Helena[/name] and [name]Elena[/name]. Today I think it would be [name]Helena[/name]. [name]Eleni[/name] is really cute, too, but I would probably use it as a nickname for other -lena names.

If you want an underused and gorgeous classic: choose [name]Helena[/name] (my choice).
If you want something with a bit of European flair: choose [name]Elena[/name].
The Greek [name]Eleni[/name] is a great nn but I wouldn’t use it as a formal first name. Good luck!
