We have picked Grant as our first name (finally and thank you everyone on here!) so now between these 2 middle names. They both honor my late father:

  • Grant Kenneth C.
  • Grant Nelson C.

I think they both flow equally well and being they both honour your father, I would choose the one that you like best.
