Which middle name for baby girl?

My sister is pregnant with her first baby and she found out last week that she is expecting a baby girl.

She will be naming her DD [name_u]Carey[/name_u] (like [name_m]Jim[/name_m], our mothers maiden name) but is stuck between two middle names…

[name_u]Carey[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]
[name_u]Carey[/name_u] [name_u]Eloise[/name_u]

Her last name will be [name_m]Marshall[/name_m]!
Please help xx:D

I’d go [name_u]Carey[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] [name_m]Marshall[/name_m]. I think [name_u]Carey[/name_u] is different (I haven’t heard of it to now), and [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] just sets it of, it finishes it in a way. And also because when I said them aloud a) I thought [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] sounded better with it and I accidentally said [name_u]Carey[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] twice instead of [name_u]Carey[/name_u] [name_u]Eloise[/name_u].

I’ve only known boys named [name_u]Carey[/name_u], so I would definitely go with [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f].

Another idea is [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_u]Carey[/name_u].

My mil is [name_u]Carey[/name_u]. I think [name_u]Carey[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] is gorgeous! It gets my vote, but [name_u]Carey[/name_u] [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] is also lovely.

[name_u]Carey[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] [name_m]Marshall[/name_m] flows better than [name_u]Carey[/name_u] [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] [name_m]Marshall[/name_m], to my ear.

[name_u]Carey[/name_u] is pretty!

I love both options!

I think for the sake of the combination, [name_u]Carey[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] is the better choice. To me, it seems as though the end of [name_u]Carey[/name_u] (Care-EE) and [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] (Elo-EEse) rhyme just a little too closely. But thats my own personal preference.

I love that [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] is a strong, feminine and vintage name. Has a ton of charm, style and history. But thats my opinion. Dont think you can go wrong.

[name_u]Carey[/name_u] [name_u]Eloise[/name_u].

[name_u]Carey[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] [name_m]Marshall[/name_m] is beautiful! That would be my pick. Very nice name.

While I like the name [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] a bit more than [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f], I think [name_u]Carey[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] [name_m]Marshall[/name_m] works best. By the way, I like [name_u]Carey[/name_u].

I like [name_u]Carey[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]! So pretty!

I adore both [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] and [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] and think they both flow well with [name_u]Carey[/name_u]. They give me different feelings. [name_u]Carey[/name_u] [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] is sweet and spunky while [name_u]Carey[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] is more elegant. Nothing wrong with either.

Both are lovely! I like [name_u]Carey[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] so if her child wants to have a more common name, she can just go by her middle name.

I think [name_u]Carey[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] rolls off the tongue better, especially with the last name, but [name_u]Carey[/name_u] [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] also sounds lovely.

I agree. [name_u]Carey[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] [name_m]Marshall[/name_m] flows better. It’s truly pretty:)

[name_u]Carey[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]

I think [name_u]Carey[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] has a better ring to it. Both are great options. I agree though with a previous poster that the ending of [name_u]Carey[/name_u] and [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] sounds a little too similar to have together.

I think [name_u]Carey[/name_u] [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] sounds awesome!

[name_u]Carey[/name_u] [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] is a little difficult for me to say aloud. [name_u]Carey[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] comes out nicely. They are both beautiful names. I know a [name_u]Carey[/name_u] [name_f]Grace[/name_f] and have always thought that was pretty. Since [name_f]Grace[/name_f] is a classic I’d say go with the classic [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f].

[name_u]Carey[/name_u] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] [name_m]Marshall[/name_m] sounds beautiful!
