[name]Sloane[/name]. I love the snappy rhythm of [name]Sloane[/name] [name]George[/name].

My second-favorite is [name]Veronica[/name] (you might want to consider [name]Viveca[/name] too), and I dislike [name]Ophelia[/name].

[name]Caroline[/name] is a name I normally like, but with [name]George[/name] it might sound like too many indirect state references (if you live in the US).

[name]Veronica[/name] [name]George[/name]! The name sounds destined for success, particularly as an author, musician, or actress.

[name]Veronica[/name] [name]George[/name] is a beautiful! ([name]Just[/name] careful you think through middle names for potentially uncomfortable initials!)

I love the feminine feel of [name]Ophelia[/name] with the surname [name]George[/name]!

[name]Ophelia[/name] sounds great with [name]George[/name].

I voted [name]Caroline[/name] [name]George[/name]. While I love [name]Ophelia[/name], and [name]Ophelia[/name] is exactly the type of name I would like with the surname [name]George[/name], the sad [name]Shakespeare[/name] association is what keeps me from using it. As a MN I love it (as you can see in my signature, haha), but I’m not sure it’s as usable as a FN. If the association doesn’t bother you, then [name]Ophelia[/name] [name]George[/name] would get my vote. It’s so striking. I love the sweetness of [name]Caroline[/name], though, and I think [name]Caroline[/name] [name]George[/name] is great. Or even [name]Carolina[/name] [name]George[/name], and [name]Cara[/name] is a great nn.

Good luck!

I voted for [name]Caroline[/name], as it’s my favourite of your list, and I think it sounds very nice with [name]George[/name]. [name]Veronica[/name] is also nice, and I love the way is sounds with [name]George[/name].

  • [name]Caroline[/name] - beautiful, classic.
  • [name]Sloane[/name] - seems the odd one out on your list…I don’t like how it sounds (reminds of me “slow” or “so alone”) and I’m not fond of the 1-1 syllable pattern)
  • [name]Ophelia[/name] - quirky yet elegant…makes a very girly, whimsical choice.
  • [name]Veronica[/name] - spunky and fun!

In order of preferences, I like:

[name]Ophelia[/name] [name]George[/name]
[name]Veronica[/name] [name]George[/name]
[name]Caroline[/name] [name]George[/name]

The only one that I don’t like is [name]Sloan[/name] [name]George[/name]. The -oan and the -eorge create a discordance that trips me up a little (probably just me though).

LOLOLOL to the above poster : [name]Veronica[/name] [name]George[/name] is a beautiful! ([name]Just[/name] careful you think through middle names for potentially uncomfortable initials!)

yes that would be BAAAAAAAD.

I love [name]Sloane[/name] a lot. I think it’s super hip and cool and just bad ass especially when she’s older but I voted for [name]Veronica[/name] because I think it’s just a great name…My best friend is named that and we call her [name]Ronnie[/name] for short or V - it’s different without being “out there”

1 [name]Caroline[/name]
2 [name]Veronica[/name]
3 [name]Ophelia[/name]
4 [name]Sloane[/name]

I voted [name]Caroline[/name] [name]George[/name] because [name]Caroline[/name] is feminine but not frilly and has the nicest nicknames, [name]Callie[/name], [name]Carrie[/name], [name]Carly[/name]. It is never really trendy, it is classic.

I like [name]Veronica[/name] but it hasn’t got as much flexibility. It is very pretty though. Too bad the only good nickname is [name]Vera[/name]. I don’t like [name]Ronnie[/name].

I don’t like [name]Sloane[/name].

[name]Ophelia[/name] is interesting but not my favourite O name or favourite [name]Shakespeare[/name] name. It’s nice enough, but it went down hard when it went head to head with [name]Caroline[/name].

I feel that with the last name [name]George[/name], you need a very feminine first name. I voted for [name]Ophelia[/name] because I feel like it sounds the best with [name]George[/name], but I think [name]Caroline[/name] and [name]Veronica[/name] work too.

[name]Caroline[/name] [name]Veronica[/name] [name]George[/name], you have it all in this combo!

rollo

Definitely [name]Veronica[/name]!

I [name]LOVE[/name] [name]Veronica[/name] [name]George[/name]. It is so beautiful! [name]Caroline[/name] is pretty…but for some reason it doesn’t flow off the tongue as well as [name]Veronica[/name] [name]George[/name] does. I also like [name]Sloane[/name], but [name]Sloane[/name] [name]George[/name] is choppy. [name]Ophelia[/name] [name]George[/name] is beautiful also. So basically, I didn’t help you by saying I like all your names…haha you can’t fo wrong! Good luck!

[name]LOVE[/name] [name]Sloane[/name]!!

~[name]Jasmine[/name]

I am starting to agree with the others [name]Veronica[/name] [name]George[/name] has a certain ring to it, makes one take notice.

I voted for [name]Ophelia[/name] [name]George[/name], I love [name]Ophelia[/name]

Thanks for everyone’s input! DH loves the sound of [name]Veronica[/name] [name]George[/name], so that’s our leading name. However, I can’t shake my love of the other three names. I guess I’ll just have to save them for future baby girl number 2.
