Hi everyone! I’m still still so torn between Gabriella and Brielle! You all gave me some beautiful suggestions for similar names. Between the two, which one do you prefer?

I like [name_f]Brielle[/name_f] as a full name most of all, but of the nicknames, I prefer [name_f]Gabriella[/name_f] with the nickname [name_f]Brielle[/name_f]!
For [name_f]Brielle[/name_f], I’d use it a full name, or [name_f]Bree[/name_f], [name_f]Bee[/name_f] or [name_f]Bibi[/name_f]

@Greyblue Thank you so much! The more I think about [name_f]Brielle[/name_f], the more I love it. And I guess because I was used to hearing my grandpa’s name growing up, the rhyming in it is becoming less of an issue to me. I love [name_f]Gabriella[/name_f] nn. [name_f]Brielle[/name_f] too!
I voted for [name_f]Ria[/name_f] and [name_f]Ella[/name_f] but I also like [name_f]Brielle[/name_f] as a nickname for [name_f]Gabriella[/name_f].
And on the first poll I voted for [name_f]Brielle[/name_f] because ai slightly prefer it and Other because my favorite option would be [name_f]Gabrielle[/name_f] which is exactly in between the two options.

I just prefer the first two slightly more for some reason, so I didn’t include [name_f]Gabrielle[/name_f] in the first poll. [name_m]Just[/name_m] now I was telling myself that I should eliminate [name_f]Brielle[/name_f] because it doesn’t flow as well as [name_f]Gabriella[/name_f] with my last name, but I still love both names. I really love [name_f]Ria[/name_f] and [name_f]Ella[/name_f] as nicknames. [name_f]Ria[/name_f] is unexpected and [name_f]Ella[/name_f] is just sweet. I would also definitely use [name_f]Brielle[/name_f] as a nickname for [name_f]Gabriella[/name_f]!
I know names like [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f], [name_f]Ellie[/name_f], [name_f]Anna[/name_f], [name_f]Elodie[/name_f], [name_f]Eloise[/name_f], [name_f]Eliza[/name_f], [name_f]Eliana[/name_f], (because the -el sounds in the E names are at the beginning of the names rather than the end) [name_f]Lola[/name_f], [name_f]Maya[/name_f], and [name_f]Madeline[/name_f] would flow more easily with my last name. Maybe I should just let [name_f]Brielle[/name_f] and [name_f]Gabriella[/name_f] go? What do you think?
I prefer [name_f]Brielle[/name_f] by a long shot, and I’d use nicknames [name_f]Ellie[/name_f], [name_f]Elle[/name_f], and especially [name_f]Bri[/name_f]!

I know multiple Gabrielles and most of them went by [name_u]Gabby[/name_u]. For me the name [name_f]Brielle[/name_f] is missing something in front of it. I prefer [name_f]Gabrielle[/name_f]

[name_f]Do[/name_f] you think I should eliminate them from my list and choose a different classic name? I really love these names, so much. But they don’t have the best flow with my last name. [name_f]Gabriella[/name_f] works best with it, but now I am questioning all of them for a few different reasons!

Since I’m struggling again with the similarities to my last name, do you think it would be best to eliminate [name_f]Brielle[/name_f] and keep [name_f]Gabriella[/name_f], [name_f]Eliana[/name_f], and some of the suggestions I received for similar names?
