I like some of the names on the poll but I’m not loving them with Vervain.

Top Three

1 [name_m]Hawthorn[/name_m] - this is my first choice but it shares an “n” ending
2 [name_u]Arlo[/name_u] - this seems a little bland with Vervain but I do like this spunky option
3 [name_u]Zephyr[/name_u] - I like this name but it shares an “er” sound with Vervain

Honorable Mention:

[name_m]Calix[/name_m] - if Calyx was spelled correctly as [name_m]Calix[/name_m], this may have been my first choice. People often add a “y” to make a name more feminine so I would advise the parents to use the [name_m]Calix[/name_m] spelling.
[name_u]Adair[/name_u] - a fine Irish name

Dislike…

[name_m]Elmore[/name_m] - clunky
[name_m]Florin[/name_m] - this Romanian name is a feminine sounding term for an old coin.

Since Vervain has a traditional male mn, I would use something similar for this second son.

[name_f]My[/name_f] favourites are [name_m]Florin[/name_m] and [name_u]Zephyr[/name_u]. They both have a rather exotic, European feel. Personally I love almost all the [name_f]Flor[/name_f]- names, they sound soft but classy. [name_u]Zephyr[/name_u] brings to mind a cool, fun-loving but laid-back guy. [name_m]Hawthorn[/name_m] looks incomplete without the final E, and both [name_m]Hawthorn[/name_m] and [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] are too well-known next to Vervain. I’m not a fan of [name_u]Adair[/name_u] or Calyx in general.

[name_u]Adair[/name_u] & [name_u]Zephyr[/name_u] are personal faves but I choose [name_u]Zephyr[/name_u]. [name_u]Adair[/name_u] is a softer name, which is made even softer with that surname and feels very weak next to Vervain. [name_u]Zephyr[/name_u] is edgy and brash, which matches Vervain. I also like that neither Vervain nor [name_u]Zephyr[/name_u] are obvious nature names. Most wouldn’t know that boys with such abrasive names are actually named after delicate flowers.

I’m not good at mn suggestions but [name_u]Zephyr[/name_u] [name_u]Adair[/name_u] is a combo on my own list
