Considering that Azula was a psychopath who went completely into paranoid schizophrenic, I would stay away from it. [name_f]Azura[/name_f] doesn’t seem to have those negative connotations and is from a game you both love.

and Azula means “blue” if I remember right, so if you did go for a name like that I think it would fit with a blue eyed girl fine.

I think [name_f]Azura[/name_f] is better. I know a toddler named [name_f]Suzanna[/name_f] [name_f]Azura[/name_f] and think it’s a very pretty name.

I really like Azula and [name_f]Azura[/name_f], and [name_m]Ive[/name_m] had the same dilemma. I’ve never watched Avatar, and I don’t know the character, but it seems like a lot of people do, and dislike Azula as a result or see it as unusable. From sound and look alone, it comes across as energetic, feisty, and fun. On the other hand, [name_f]Azura[/name_f] is a beautiful name, and I like the link to [name_f]Azure[/name_f], the colour. But it doesn’t have the same energy or personality as Azula, and I find it slightly more awkward to say. I think without knowing the character connection properly, I’d go Azula.

I like both but prefer Azula for it’s softer sound.
