I absolutely love [name_f]Margot[/name_f] ,I personally never
liked Ivy,I like the [name_f]Ivey[/name_f] spelling through
[name_f]Margot[/name_f] gets my vote, although both names are lovely. But [name_f]Margot[/name_f] is just so chic, so elegant, and for me it’s evocative of a few characters/actors//novels/films that I love, which just adds to its charm (namely [name_f]Margot[/name_f] Tenenbaum, [name_f]Margaux[/name_f] [name_m]Hemingway[/name_m], and the main character from a recent [name_u]French[/name_u] book I loved called The [name_f]Margot[/name_f] Affair). There’s also the famous ballerina [name_f]Margot[/name_f] Fonteyn, and of course [name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_u]Robbie[/name_u]. So many great namesakes!
I love both too! You really can’t go wrong with either. [name_f]My[/name_f] only comment would be I prefer the spelling [name_f]Margo[/name_f] or [name_f]Margaux[/name_f].
[name_f]Margot[/name_f] gets my vote!
Another vote for [name_f]Margot[/name_f]! [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] is gorgeous though too.
I prefer [name_f]Ivy[/name_f]! Natural, versatile, and self-contained.
Definitely [name_f]Margot[/name_f] but if not I like [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] spelled [name_f]Ivie[/name_f]
[name_f]Margot[/name_f] is fabulous
[name_f]Margot[/name_f] for me! And this is my preferred spelling for it. To me it’s a really versatile name
[name_f]Ivy[/name_f] has just never really appealed to me, I find it kind of aloof.
I love [name_f]Ivy[/name_f]! I think that the sounds in [name_f]Margot[/name_f] don’t fit together as well.
[name_f]Ivy[/name_f] is gorgeous!
[name_f]Margot[/name_f] is my favorite, but [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] is a great name as well.
both are amazing, and both are on my favorites list!! But if I had to choose, I’d just barely prefer [name_f]Ivy[/name_f]. So my vote goes to [name_f]Ivy[/name_f]. (Ivy [name_f]Margot[/name_f] is gorgeous, by the way, if you haven’t already chosen a middle!)
[name_f]Margot[/name_f] for me! It’s sleek and sophisticated, but sassy too, and I find it a bit stronger and more characterful than [name_f]Ivy[/name_f]. Both lovely choices though, best of luck!
Ivy🌿
I love both of them and don’t think you can go wrong with either
[name_f]Margot[/name_f]!
[name_f]Margot[/name_f] is beautiful! No specific reason, I just find it more elegant and charming
I like [name_f]Ivy[/name_f]! [name_f]Margot[/name_f] I always want to pronounce mar-got even though I know the T is silent. I think [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] is a cute and classic name!
