[name]Arabella[/name] sounds very childish to me for some reason so I much prefer [name]Siena[/name].
[name]Arabella[/name], [name]IMO[/name].
[name]Sienna[/name] feels like a trendy color name.
I think [name]Arabella[/name] sounds like a Disney princess. Although cute on a little girl, I just don’t think it ages well. [name]Just[/name] my opinion
[name]Arabella[/name] will never not feel over-the-top to me. Also, off-brand [name]Isabella[/name]. [name]Sienna[/name] is nicely understated (if overused. I’d beg against [name]Sienna[/name] [name]Rose[/name]. I know two kidlets with that exact combo).
I think [name]Sienna[/name] looks more professional and polished whereas [name]Arabella[/name] is overly frilly. As long as the association with the Toyota minivan doesn’t bother you, I would go with [name]Sienna[/name].
Agreed, completely. I think [name]Arabella[/name] is completely stunning, no matter where I see it–I’d swoon if I met a little girl named [name]Arabella[/name], and I’d swoon if I met a powerhouse businesswoman named [name]Arabella[/name]. I’d love it on a teen, a mom, a teacher, a minister, a senator, or a grandma, too. I find it a bit harder to imagine a grandma [name]Arabella[/name], but that’s mainly because it’s just recently that I’ve come across it. For some reason, I can’t really imagine a grandma [name]Isabella[/name]/[name]Annabella[/name]/[name]Arabella[/name]/[name]Mirabella[/name], but I can more see a Grandma [name]Isabelle[/name]/[name]Annabel[/name]/[name]Arabelle[/name]/[name]Mirabelle[/name]… [name]Sienna[/name] has always felt trendy to me, but I love [name]Arabella[/name]. [name]Both[/name] are slightly trendy in their own right, though…
I prefer [name]Siena[/name]/[name]Sienna[/name]. [name]Arabella[/name] is too princessy for my taste. I think [name]Siena[/name] [name]Arabella[/name] is a lovely combo if you want to use both names.
I know a little girl named [name]Arabella[/name], I think it’s stunning! I’m thinking of using at is mn myself one day as it is a family name.
[name]Sienna[/name] always makes me think of [name]Sienna[/name] [name]Miller[/name] or the Toyota minivan. It’s pretty, but not my style.
[name]Siena[/name], spelled with one n. With two I think of a color name that is a bit of a reach.
[name]Arabella[/name] is definitely a Pretty Pretty [name]Princess[/name] sort of name. It’s not trashy but I wouldn’t call it classy.
If I’m being perfectly honest, I don’t think either sound “classy”.
[name]Arabella[/name] has always reminded me of an infectious disease (in the “Rubella” vein). I also can’t decide if it’s a Disney princess or a Disney villain, but it definitely sounds like one of them. I’m sorry, but I just can’t imagine an [name]Arabella[/name] business woman, doctor, or anything that would require the name to look good on paper.
As for [name]Sienna[/name], it’s incredibly trendy. The parents of the Siennas I know can only be classified as “white trash”. The name is pretty common among bad parents here. I’m definitely not saying that only bad parents name their child [name]Sienna[/name], just that it’s the only association I have.
[name]Arabella[/name]. [name]Sienna[/name] is super trendy. [name]Arabella[/name] does feel overly cutesy and frilly to me, but since this was an either-or thing, I went with that.
Exactly. If you want cute or on-trend, I guess [name]Sienna[/name]. Although my sister went to (elementary) school with a couple Siennas - in the 1990’s…so it may be past its peak.
If you want “classy”, go with a classic name.
I’ve never really liked [name]Sienna[/name] very much. It feels very trendy (whether it actually is or not) to me and just makes me think of the city or the color. [name]Arabella[/name] may be quite frilly, but I also find it quite endearing. It’s a well established name with lots of history, and, to me, that makes it far more classy than [name]Sienna[/name].
I don’t find [name]Sienna[/name] classy at all. It’s so trendy, [name]IMO[/name]. [name]Arabella[/name] is lovely.
i prefer arabella, but i worry about children using the “arab” part as some sort of teasing thing.
[name]Sienna[/name] sounds like a trashy name to me, to be honest.
[name]Arabella[/name] will always be [name]Ivanka[/name] Trump’s daughter’s name to me and I really don’t like [name]Sienna[/name]/[name]Siena[/name].
