I don’t really like either [name]Shepherd[/name] or [name]Nico[/name] (prefer [name]Nicholas[/name] with nickname [name]Nico[/name], maybe).
[name]Anders[/name] is a somewhat popular name here in Denmark, it’s nice but reminds me of [name]Donald[/name] Duck (whose Danish version is “[name]Anders[/name] And”).

[name]Anders[/name]

[name]Nico[/name] fits your cool, edgy, handsome criteria.

[name]Shepherd[/name] and [name]Anders[/name] are the furthest thinks from edgy!

I’m a big fan of [name]Nico[/name] short for [name]Nicodemus[/name] :bag head:

None of them really jump out at me. I know a [name]Nicholas[/name], nn [name]Nico[/name], so that screams nn to me. And [name]Shepherd[/name] and [name]Anders[/name] seem a little too over the top/far reaching to me. I would however, [name]LOVE[/name] to meet a little boy named [name]Royce[/name]. That is so much more appealing, interesting, and wonderfully handsome. Sorry – I know you didn’t ask about that one, but I saw it in your signature and had a major swoon.

[name]Nico[/name], and then [name]Anders[/name].

soo, my uncle’s cat’s name is [name]Niko[/name], based off of Nikodemis, but when I first saw it, i liked it a lot. I like [name]Anders[/name] and [name]Shepherd[/name] just reminds me for some reason of the guy from [name]Charlie[/name] brown with the blue blanket or the guy [name]Jack[/name] from LOST

I actually know 2 [name]Nico[/name]'s that are in high school with my nephew (one is younger). Also I know an [name]Anders[/name] and they call him [name]Andy[/name]. [name]Shepherd[/name] is unusual yet classy. I hope you choose [name]Shepherd[/name]. I also like the mn’s you have for [name]Shepherd[/name].

OOH! Yes! Okay I really love this. I like [name]Nico[/name], but it is a little nicknamey to me, although I think it would be [name]RAD[/name] to be short for [name]Nicodemus[/name]. Are you ballsy enough to do that, OP? Because I think you should. If you’re a devout [name]Christian[/name] I think this probably needs to happen.

I’m head over heels for [name]Shepherd[/name] [name]North[/name]! What an evocative combo! Clear and rugged, yet gentle somehow.

Second choice would be PP’s suggestion of [name]Nicodemus[/name] nn [name]Nico[/name]

I like nico. I’ve met 2 boys with those names. I really like [name]Nicolai[/name], unfortunately dh does not like it :frowning:

We like [name]Nikolai[/name] as a long form of [name]Niko[/name], but I’m afraid he’ll just end up being called [name]Nick[/name] (ick!). [name]Nicodemus[/name] is nms.

I find [name]Anders[/name] edgy in it’s Scandinavian vibe, but I don’t know if it’s as cool as [name]Shepherd[/name] or [name]Nico[/name]/[name]Niko[/name]/[name]Nikolai[/name]. And once again, I hate the nickname [name]Andy[/name]!

I love [name]Shepherd[/name], but does it go well with [name]Eva[/name] (EY-va)? And I told my best friend that we liked [name]Shepherd[/name], and she told me she can’t get past the dog association. She is the only person we told in real life, so that made me feel pretty crappy.

I am a fan of [name]Shepherd[/name] and [name]Anders[/name]! [name]Both[/name] strong and unusual. I don’t love [name]Nico[/name] with LN [name]Olsen[/name]; they run together a bit…Nicolsen.
