I’ve recently fell in love with [name_u]Freddie[/name_u] and [name_m]Oliver[/name_m]. [name_u]Freddie[/name_u] gives me a “darker” feel and it tumbles, while [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] is more well-behaved but still playful. What do you think of these names? What kind of person do you think of, and which would you prefer?
(I know some people will prefer a full name over just “[name_u]Freddie[/name_u]” but I really just like “[name_u]Freddie[/name_u]” and I think it can stand on its own)
Not great fan of them but if I would have to choose I would pick [name_u]Freddie[/name_u].
I think [name_u]Freddie[/name_u] and [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] sound like great brother names. I personally prefer [name_u]Freddie[/name_u], it doesn’t feel ‘dark’ to me, just cool and spunky.
I adore both [name_u]Freddie[/name_u] and [name_m]Oliver[/name_m]. I slightly prefer [name_m]Oliver[/name_m]. They would make a great sibling set.
I think [name_u]Freddie[/name_u] and [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] would make a great sibset! [name_u]Freddie[/name_u] makes me think of the seaside, giving me sailor vibes and [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] has me imagining a haunted stately home surrounded by forest.
I like the classic yet fun feel of [name_u]Freddie[/name_u]
I’m a big fan of [name_u]Freddie[/name_u] lately.
I’ve never liked [name_u]Freddie[/name_u].
[name_m]Oliver[/name_m], though, is one of my favorites.
It’s a tough choice as I really like both. Today I’m leaning towards [name_m]Oliver[/name_m].
Bith are warm and griendly to me. While [name_u]Freddie[/name_u] certainly can stand 9n it’s own, i’m alwaus in favor of giving a longform name if possible so that your kiddo has options as they grow. Now he could still have the option of [name_m]Fred[/name_m], I’m just not sold on the idea.
For that reason I lean in favor of [name_m]Oliver[/name_m].
I love [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] it’s fun and just lovely, but it’s very, very popular here in Australia. [name_u]Freddie[/name_u] doesn’t do it for me at all to me it’s old and clunky, it just feels heavy but I’m not naming the baby so if you love it go for it.
I prefer [name_u]Freddie[/name_u]. I don’t like [name_m]Frederick[/name_m], but I think I would want him to have the option of a more formal name, and I don’t like [name_m]Fred[/name_m]. What about [name_m]Alfred[/name_m] nn [name_u]Freddie[/name_u]? I think [name_u]Freddie[/name_u] is wonderful for a little boy, but I have a hard time picturing it on a grown up.
