[name_u]Elliot[/name_u] [name_u]Finn[/name_u] sounds great. It has more oomph to it than [name_u]Noah[/name_u] [name_m]William[/name_m] does.
As @otrl said, [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] [name_u]Finn[/name_u] has more substance. I probably prefer [name_u]Noah[/name_u] to [name_u]Elliot[/name_u], strictly speaking, but [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] seems less popular to me.
[name_u]Noah[/name_u] [name_m]William[/name_m] also sounds very soft and more feminine, not necessarily an automatic turn-off, but I prefer boys’ names to sound like boys’ names and vice versa.
[name_u]Elliot[/name_u] [name_u]Finn[/name_u] is also a more unusual combo. I’m pretty sure there’s a good few [name_u]Noah[/name_u] [name_m]Williams[/name_m] around.
[name_u]Elliot[/name_u] is one of my favs!
I prefer [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] [name_u]Finn[/name_u], as [name_u]Noah[/name_u] has recently had a large popularity spike.
[name_u]Elliot[/name_u] [name_u]Finn[/name_u]! Classic but spunky
[name_u]Noah[/name_u] is a wonderful name, but it’s #1 in popularity right now.
