My taste in names has ultimately run toward romantic and rare. The names in my signature are very much my “dream names”, but they are generally tame.
What do you think of these names? Which do you like? Key things I’m looking for (not all at the same time) surprising, intriguing, interesting, refreshing, stylish, chic, exciting, fun. Tell me which of these qualities you think the name might have? If none, let me know!
for names where I’d also consider using the nickname/shortform as a first name, I list them and the formal name separately.
*[name_f]Ama[/name_f] - love this. This is a day name in [name_f]Ashanti[/name_f] (Ghana, [name_u]West[/name_u] [name_f]Africa[/name_f]) for being born on a [name_m]Saturday[/name_m]. But I also love the idea of it as a nn for [name_f]Amabel[/name_f].

Adiel (ad-YELL) - intrigued. Not sure I like, but it’s interesting and cute.

Hopefully that is somewhat helpful! I tend to like nature/feminine names so our styles might just be different with some of these
This is so helpful, thank you! I agree with many of your comments, as I knew that some of the names were “iffy”, like [name_f]Aileen[/name_f], for example. I’m under the vague impression there’s something cool about it, but I don’t know what it is, lol.
