Which of these for #6?

If #6 is a girl, which of these do you like?

[name_f]Rose[/name_f]
[name_f]Anna[/name_f] (name of daughter’s BFF but we’ve moved away. We’ll still see her when we’re in town. This is also my absolute favorite.)
[name_f]Tabitha[/name_f]
Sairy (or Sairie or some alternate spelling; would like your thoughts)

Big sibs are [name_u]James[/name_u], [name_m]Will[/name_m], [name_f]Elise[/name_f], [name_m]Zach[/name_m], and [name_m]George[/name_m].

(My husband has vetoed [name_f]Adele[/name_f] and [name_f]Molly[/name_f].)

[name_f]Rose[/name_f] or [name_f]Anna[/name_f] go best and are my favorites

I agree, [name_f]Rose[/name_f] or [name_f]Anna[/name_f]. You could even go with [name_f]Rosanna[/name_f]!!!

Yep, thirding [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_f]Anna[/name_f]. I also love Sairy, but it’s a little bolder than your other choices and could feel mismatched. Tough choice ahead. Congrats on #6!

[name_f]Anna[/name_f] is a common enough name that the association doesn’t matter especially since the other [name_f]Anna[/name_f] lives far away. Your [name_f]Anna[/name_f] will meet other Annas over the years. It might be different if the name in question was so uncommon that it didn’t even chart.

I think [name_f]Anna[/name_f] goes best with your other children’s names! So simple and beautiful.

I like the name [name_f]Anna[/name_f], it’s popular enough that it isn’t too weird. Second favorite choice is [name_f]Rose[/name_f]. Not a fan of Sairie/Sairy at all, it sounds childish and too “made-up” [name_f]IMO[/name_f] to be a full name; maybe go with [name_f]Sarah[/name_f] nn Sairy?

[name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f]

I commented this on your boys list but I think I copy it here too -

If it’s a girl you could go a bit dorky and go wives of US presidents -

[name_f]Martha[/name_f]
[name_f]Abigail[/name_f]
[name_f]Louisa[/name_f]
[name_f]Emily[/name_f]
[name_f]Sarah[/name_f]
[name_f]Angelica[/name_f]
[name_f]Anna[/name_f]
[name_f]Jane[/name_f]
[name_f]Priscilla[/name_f]
[name_f]Julia[/name_f]
[name_f]Margaret[/name_f]
[name_f]Harriet[/name_f]
[name_f]Rebecca[/name_f]
[name_f]Eliza[/name_f]
[name_f]Lucy[/name_f]
[name_f]Frances[/name_f]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f]
[name_f]Ida[/name_f]
[name_f]Helen[/name_f]
[name_f]Edith[/name_f]
[name_f]Florence[/name_f]
[name_f]Grace[/name_f]
[name_f]Geneva[/name_f]
Virginia
[name_f]Jacqueline[/name_f]
[name_f]Claudia[/name_f]
Rosalynn
[name_f]Laura[/name_f]
[name_f]Nancy[/name_f]

I think Anna goes best with your other children’s names!

But if you want a slight alteration, [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] works. [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] [name_u]Jean[/name_u] sounds beautiful.
Have you consulted the sibs for suggestions or opinions on your choices?

I agree! If I had to pick right now (and my husband had no say), I’d probably flip a coin because I love them both so much.

I like [name_f]Rosanna[/name_f], but it makes that Toto song run through my head all day long. Haha.

Thanks! I think you’re right about Sairy, but for some reason I just can’t stop loving it.

Have considered [name_f]Serena[/name_f] “Seri” (same pronunciation as Sairy) in the past. But I wonder if she’d get Seh-[name_f]REE[/name_f]? Like [name_f]Suri[/name_f] [name_f]Cruise[/name_f]?

I think you’re right. I don’t really feel that badly about wanting to use it, since I’ve loved it for so long. My daughter met her bestie right after I started telling my husband that I want a little [name_f]Anna[/name_f]. Haha.

I love both [name_f]Anna[/name_f] and [name_f]Rose[/name_f] with your kids names however I think that [name_f]Anna[/name_f] fits slightly better :).

Are you after suggestions?

Sure! I’ll always entertain suggestions!

[name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] and [name_f]Anna[/name_f] are my favourites, and I think both [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_f]Anna[/name_f] fit well with your other kids’ names, so [name_f]Anna[/name_f] is a big thumbs up in my book.

I chose [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] because I love her the most from your list, I think [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] or other [name_f]Anna[/name_f] alternatives like [name_f]Anais[/name_f] or [name_f]Anouk[/name_f] could work with siblings too

[name_f]Anna[/name_f] is such a gorgeous, elegant, timeless, international name and perfect with the siblings. My vote goes to that for sure.

[name_f]Rose[/name_f] works well too, and I love [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] ([name_f]Tabby[/name_f] or [name_f]Tibby[/name_f]) and think it fits with siblings for a slightly more quirky, eclectic set.

Sairy has a pretty sound, but for me it’s too unfamiliar and insubstantial beside your other kids’ uber classic names.

Thanks, [name_f]Katinka[/name_f]! Thinking about it some more…my (newly remembered) reservation w/ [name_f]Anna[/name_f] now is that our dear, dear friends who have been going through infertility for a very long time once mentioned that they love that name. Actually I think they love [name_f]Annalise[/name_f], nicknamed [name_f]Anna[/name_f], but still. They have had so much heartbreak (and we’ve felt sad with them, about what they’ve chosen to share) that honestly, I just hold out hope that they’d get to use it someday.

Plus, my stubborn DH is saying he doesn’t like it that much. So I’m leaning back toward [name_f]Rose[/name_f] or [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f] ‘[name_f]Tibby[/name_f]’.

I do love [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f]. It’s my oldest name crush.

[name_f]Hannah[/name_f] I probably wouldn’t use, though I do like it. [name_f]Anais[/name_f] is nice and a classmate of my daughter’s (in preschool) wore it nicely, but it’s kind of close to ‘anus’. [name_f]Anouk[/name_f] is too unusual for me.

I’ve entertained [name_f]Annette[/name_f], but DH isn’t a fan. I like [name_f]Annie[/name_f], too, but he just said “no way!”
