I'm going to break down my thoughts about every bleedin one
revere achilleo— I’m diggin it !! although I’m slightly uncertain on pronounciation. I want to saw ah-hee-LEH-oh but I feel like it’s probably uh-KILL-ee-oh ?? I dig it either way 
achilleo is a really cool name & I like the flow with revere and your surname !!
revere achilles— the flow is good & achilles is a cool name but I don’t see much nn potential for achilles ?? of course you don’t need a middle-based nn but I know you were thinkin about it so while this is perfectly nice & sounds good I don’t think it’s the ~best~ option.
revere apollo— the same as achilles, I think. it sounds good & apollo is cool, but I just don’t see a lot of nn potential ?? except polly and I doubt you’d want to use that 
revere aster— it flows well with revere but less so with your surname. then again, that doesn’t really matter aster is a cool nature middle with revere but I do think two word names in a row is a tiny but much ?? not something to deter you if you really love it, but I do think some other options are better !!
revere athens— honestly I don’t really know how to place this one ?? it’s nice but it doesn’t seem quite there. something’s off about it but I can’t seem to figure out what ??
revere atticus— I dig it !! this is my favorite so far & nn atti or kit is adorable. the flow is there and the vibes are there !! my only hesitation is that while revere & atticus both feel a lot like you, nns atti & kit really don’t ?? they could certainly grow to fit you but they don’t scream rev to me.
revere aurelio— I love this one too !! nn leo is cool & feels more like you than the atticus nns (although I honestly really love aury & would totally call you that if you were cool with it ). I’m diggin it !!
revere bellamy— soundwise it’s there but both names are pretty unisex and I know that’s not really what you want !! and I don’t see a ton of nn potential that isn’t pretty outwardly fem.
revere caspian— it’s nice !! caspian is cool & goes with revere. however, caspian doesn’t seem to fit you super well. maybe I just need to think on it a bit more because I know you love caspian ?? but right now it’s not doing it for me.
revere cassio— this one I love cassio is so fresh & cool and feels like you and, if memory serves, honors your italian heritage !! cass might be too fem-leaning for you but I love the full cassio both objectively and for you !!
revere ciel— I’m not super solid on pronounciation for this one. I’m saying see-ehl but I might be way off base it has a cool sound but it seems a bit short & I know that was bugging you about some of the other choices so I don’t think this is the absolute best pick for you.
revere elio— I love elio for you & I know how much you love elio. while the flow isn’t very good with your whole name I don’t think that should deter you if you really love elio. it’s a great name & feels like you. how often do you need to say your full name including middle anyway ??
revere eliseo— now this I adore !! eliseo is so cool & matches the vibe of revere as a name and feels like you !! comes with the nn elio !! flows greatly !! honestly I love this one a lot !! nothing negative to say about it, really.
revere emilio— I like the nod to your heritage & how that’s meaningful to you, and I see getting the nn elio out of it, but I’m just not vibing with it 
revere ezio— I’m saying eh-zee-oh ?? this is really cool !! the same problems as revere elio, though. I think there are better ones but this one is still really fun & fresh !!
revere fiorenzo— I like it !! nn renzo or enzo is cute and it does feel like you. but for some reason I find the transition between revere and fiorenzo hard to say ?? I’m not really sure why
revere firenze— oooh !! I’m diggin it !! firenze is so cool and sounds amazing with revere !! it’s not the best flow on your list because of both being two-syllable iambic names but I love the vibes here I will say the firenze from harry potter is my immediate association, though.
revere galileo— my personal favorite you know what I’m going to say !! nn elio, italian nod, amazing name, great flow, sounds good with revere, feels like you !! the only negative is that it sounds like a phrase but I don’t think it’s that big of an issue !! you don’t say your first & middle name aloud often enough for that to really matter in my opinion !!
revere luca— it’s sweet and luca does seem like your vibe but it feels a bit short !! it could definitely work if you were really loving it but I do think there are better options !!
revere oliver— I think I’ve talked to you about this one before ?? it’s nice & sweet and seems like a rev vibe but the nns aren’t really there !!
revere theo/theodore— revere theo seems short even though I like theo & I know how much you like theo !! revere theodore is cool too but I think you’re a bit hesitant about theodore’s popularity amongst trans people, if I’m remembering correctly. I think revere theodore is nice but not the best one on the list.
my favorite is still revere galileo but I do love revere firenze, revere aurelio, revere eliseo, & revere cassio !! revere eliseo would be my second choice !!!
