[name_m]Hi[/name_m]! I really like [name_f]Polly[/name_f] (but probably not [name_f]Pollyanna[/name_f] in real life) and [name_f]Petrova[/name_f]. I also like [name_f]Posy[/name_f], [name_f]Portia[/name_f], [name_f]Primrose[/name_f] and [name_u]Pascale[/name_u].

I like [name_f]Petra[/name_f] best from your list.

[name_f]Paloma[/name_f] is my favorite listed. I also like [name_f]Phaedra[/name_f], [name_f]Parisa[/name_f], and [name_f]Persephone[/name_f]!

I like [name_f]Petra[/name_f]. I don’t like any of the male forms of [name_m]Peter[/name_m] but I like [name_f]Petra[/name_f] a lot.

I also love [name_f]Polly[/name_f] but I would use it as a NN for [name_f]Opal[/name_f] most likely, possibly [name_f]Apollonia[/name_f], or traditionally [name_f]Mary[/name_f], but not alone and never with [name_f]Pollyanna[/name_f].

I also like [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] (and nicknames [name_u]Pepper[/name_u] and [name_u]Penny[/name_u]). And [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f] and [name_f]Philomena[/name_f]. I’m also inexplicably fond of [name_f]Prudence[/name_f].

[name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_f]Petra[/name_f] and [name_f]Paloma[/name_f]! I also like [name_u]Patrice[/name_u], but not [name_f]Patricia[/name_f] (only because it is so dated).

I can’t say I’m overly fond of any of these names, however, I don’t mind [name_f]Paloma[/name_f] (of which got my vote) and [name_f]Petra[/name_f].

Outside of those listed, my own favourite P- names are [name_f]Persephone[/name_f] and [name_f]Parisa[/name_f].

[name_f]Paloma[/name_f], it might be very wordy in a way but it’s the only one of these that still sounds fresh to my ears. Especially [name_f]Petra[/name_f] is just dreadful, I just think of women in their 40s and 50s, of course there’s nothing wrong with that but you know on a baby girl it’s sad, for me at least, and I even know of two [name_m]Petras[/name_m] who changed their names because they were so unhappy with their name. While [name_f]Patricia[/name_f] is dated too at least it’s feminine.

[name_f]My[/name_f] favorite P names for girls include:
[name_f]Petra[/name_f]- sounds spunky to me
[name_f]Paloma[/name_f]- sounds soothing and refreshing to me
[name_f]Phoebe[/name_f]- bouncy and fun
[name_f]Phyllis[/name_f]- lovely nature meaning

I see I’m in the minority, but I love [name_f]Persis[/name_f] from your list! I’m not sure if I’m pronouncing the name right, but when I do, it sounds so hauntingly whimsical and it draws me in. If that makes any sense?

I didn’t see [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] on your list, but if she had been, I would have voted for her too.

[name_f]My[/name_f] favorites from your list are [name_f]Petra[/name_f] and [name_f]Perdita[/name_f]. [name_f]Persis[/name_f] is an intriguing one that’s been on my radar lately; I’ve also heard Perseda.

If you choose [name_f]Polly[/name_f], I would heavily advise against making it short for [name_f]Pollyanna[/name_f]. That would be a horrible name for a child.

[name_f]Paloma[/name_f]. I think it looks the prettiest/sleekest, sounds the nicest, and has one of the nicest meanings. [name_f]Petra[/name_f] and [name_f]Persis[/name_f] would be distant runners-up for me.

I voted [name_f]Paloma[/name_f], I just love the sound and how it’s frilly without being overly so. Also love the meaning.

I also considered voting [name_u]Persia[/name_u], because it’s a huge GP of mine.
