Which of these two character names suit the last name "Pierrepont"

Oliver Pierrepont or [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] Pierrepont

Which one do you like more and why?

Oliver Pierrepont flows better over [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] Pierrepont imo. [name_m]Even[/name_m] though [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] is like my favorite name ever, the endings of -ot and -ont clash and so the first option has my vote.

oliver

I prefer [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] over [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] especially with the last name but I would pronounce it the same way @anon68906791 is with a silent t.

Elliot!

Oliver Pierrepont feels like lots of r

I also pronounce with silent t

Oliver!

I think [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] goes better with the last name.

Oliver.
Though I’d suggest Olivier and Oscar, too

Casting a vote for [name_u]Elliot[/name_u]

Definitely [name_u]Elliot[/name_u]. I think [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] flows too much into the surname and becomes a tongue twister.

I would say both are good. I do think [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] looks better, but I do really like the name [name_m]Oliver[/name_m]. [name_m]Just[/name_m] choose one, they both work.
