I really like [name_f]Zuzu[/name_f] as a nickname for [name_f]Isadora[/name_f]. It seems rather spunky to me.

[name_f]Zuzu[/name_f] is cute. Wasn’t that the name of the youngest daughter in It’s a Wonderful Life?

[name_f]Zuzu[/name_f] is adorable, and very fun. [name_u]Love[/name_u] it! [name_f]Isadora[/name_f] is quite pretty as well.

[name_f]Dot[/name_f]! [name_f]Dotty[/name_f] is particularly sweet too.

I like [name_f]Zuzu[/name_f] in theory but I’ve spent a lot of time in Uganda where it translates roughly as ‘‘peepee’’ which I can’t get over haha. I honestly don’t really like any of the others, I guess [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] might work.

What about [name_f]Zadie[/name_f]? [name_u]Isa[/name_u]? Zodie? [name_f]Zizi[/name_f]?

I like [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] and [name_u]Rory[/name_u]. What about [name_f]Do[/name_f](like do ri me) or [name_f]Sasa/name_f?

I have always been fond of [name_f]Sadie[/name_f], but she’s not really offbeat, only uncommon for [name_f]Isadora[/name_f].
[name_f]Dot[/name_f] or [name_f]Zuzu[/name_f] would be my picks for something truly offbeat.
I like the suggestion of [name_f]Sasa[/name_f] I think I actually like it more than [name_f]Zuzu[/name_f] and [name_f]Dot[/name_f].

I voted for [name_f]Dot[/name_f]. I love the nn but am not huge on [name_f]Dorothy[/name_f]. I think it emphasizes the difference between [name_f]Isadora[/name_f] and the super popular [name_f]Isabella[/name_f]. ([name_u]Dory[/name_u] would do the same but I just think or the fish and how ditzzy she was/is - also I can see that nn becoming more popular around 2016 when “Finding [name_u]Dory[/name_u]” comes out - provided it has similar success to “Finding [name_m]Nemo[/name_m]”). Anyway VOTE FOR [name_f]DOT[/name_f].

I like suggestion of sasa though I guess spelled zsazsa has a bit more pizaz. Thank you everyone for the feedback so far. Anyone else got any thoughts?

I love the nickname [name_f]Sadie[/name_f]. In fact, that is one of the reasons I like [name_f]Isadora[/name_f] so much. I have never heard [name_f]Zuzu[/name_f] before. That’s so adorable!

[name_f]Sadie[/name_f] got my vote. While [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] in itself isn’t really too ‘offbeat’ it comes off as quite uncommon as nickname for [name_f]Isadora[/name_f] which is nice. I think using a Z- rather than an S- might spice it up a great deal - [name_f]Zadie[/name_f].

[name_f]Zora[/name_f] would probably be my go to for [name_f]Isadora[/name_f] - spunky and a little offbeat yet not too out-there, intuitive enough and both easy to spell and pronounce. Sira is another favourite of mine that too could work. Also, [name_m]Isra[/name_m] and [name_f]Daisy[/name_f].
