That’s such a hard one, truly. I love [name_u]Forest[/name_u], I love [name_m]Boaz[/name_m], and I love [name_m]Nathan[/name_m] (I think Forest’s middle name is a bit forgettable but it’s a middle name so). I think [name_m]Boaz[/name_m] is a bit more unusual when compared to what you have your other kids named so for that reason only I’m gonna say my vote goes to [name_u]Forest[/name_u] [name_m]Paul[/name_m]
I’m going to have to go for [name_m]Boaz[/name_m] as well. Such a funky, sparky little name which nothing else quite sounds like. He’s short and quirky-classic and fun like all of the others, with the cool Biblical tie to [name_m]Abel[/name_m] (as opposed to three nature names plus Abel).
And as a bonus, they would all have their own initial. The middles may well be family names or have some other criteria behind them, but if not, how about [name_m]Boaz[/name_m] [name_u]Forest[/name_u]?
Thank you, all! I’m pleasantly surprised that [name_m]Boaz[/name_m] is getting so many votes. I love but have slight reservations with both names but I think I am falling back in love with [name_m]Boaz[/name_m] after talking myself out of it last pregnancy . You know I’ll keep you posted! I need to remind myself that it COULD be a girl too!
[name_u]Forest[/name_u] [name_m]Paul[/name_m] has the name softness and quiet strength as your other kids’ names to me! I like [name_m]Nathan[/name_m] as well, but I admit I’ve never gotten into [name_m]Boaz[/name_m]! I know some people that have it as a surname so that’s my immediate association and I can’t get past it I do think it’s sweet for you though I do prefer [name_u]Forest[/name_u]!
I like [name_u]Forest[/name_u] more than [name_m]Boaz[/name_m], but agree that [name_m]Boaz[/name_m] is slightly better with the family (though [name_u]Forest[/name_u] is fine too). I like the short form [name_u]Bo[/name_u].
[name_m]Boaz[/name_m] probably my least favourite name sorry!
But I also think [name_u]Forest[/name_u] complements [name_f]Fern[/name_f] and [name_f]Olive[/name_f] better. [name_m]Boaz[/name_m] (despite the biblical reference which ties well to Abel) feels really left field.
