I think [name_m]Connor[/name_m] [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] works a little better, But it also depends on how you pronounce [name_m]Levi[/name_m]. [name_u]Lee[/name_u]-vie [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] does not sound good when I say it aloud, but [name_u]Leigh[/name_u]-vee [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] sounds nicer. I think I’d still pick [name_m]Connor[/name_m], though

I prefer [name_u]Conner[/name_u] [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] definitely

Isn’t there just one way to prounounce it?
They way we do is: Li-vai

Thats what I meant by [name_u]Lee[/name_u]-vie, but the biblical way is [name_u]Leigh[/name_u]-vee

[name_u]Conner[/name_u] is in our family. He has a sister named [name_f]Eva[/name_f]. I really like the name, but of course, I can’t use it. I would go for [name_u]Conner[/name_u]. [name_m]Levi[/name_m] just reminds me or priests (from the Bible) and jeans. I do know a [name_m]Levi[/name_m] or two. It works, but I much prefer the name [name_u]Conner[/name_u] and think it will age well with a boy into manhood.

[name_u]Lee[/name_u] and [name_u]Leigh[/name_u] are pronounced the same to me, so I’m a bit baffled by this alternative pronunciation - is it meant to be kind of like lay-vee?

I prefer [name_m]Levi[/name_m] (lee-vye) [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] to [name_u]Conner[/name_u] [name_m]Hugo[/name_m]. [name_m]Connor[/name_m]'s quite popular where I’m from and has a bit of a ‘chavvy’ association, and the alternate spelling [name_u]Conner[/name_u] just adds to that for me. I also think [name_m]Levi[/name_m] goes better with the middle name [name_m]Hugo[/name_m].

I slightly prefer [name_m]Levi[/name_m] over [name_m]Connor[/name_m]. I have both on my list.

I have only heard it pronounced this way (I also know a couple, they also pronounce it this way)…

I picked [name_m]Levi[/name_m]! I never knew there was a different prn than [name_u]Lee[/name_u] [name_f]Vi[/name_f], and I have known several of them.

They’re both lovely, [name_u]Conner[/name_u] [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] is my favourite.

I pronounce [name_u]Leigh[/name_u] like [name_m]Lay[/name_m], sorry. I know men in their 90s to newborns with [name_m]Levi[/name_m] as first, middle, and last name, and only one pronounces it like the jeans. In the Orthodox (Jewish) communities it is more often a ln, but in other Jewish communities it’s common as a first or middle. I know non-Jewish parents who chose the pronounciation I’m used to as well. I’m a little surprised no one else has heard it this way.
