[name]Audrey[/name] [name]Cecilia[/name] and [name]Violet[/name] [name]Annabelle[/name]
or
[name]Cordelia[/name] [name]June[/name] “[name]Cora[/name]” and [name]Eloise[/name] “[name]Elsie[/name]”
[name]Audrey[/name] and [name]Violet[/name] would go by their whole first names whereas [name]Cordelia[/name] and [name]Eloise[/name] would go by their nicknames probably 80% of the time. Thoughts? I love both sets but I’m worried that [name]Audrey[/name] and [name]Violet[/name] are too popular/[name]Cora[/name] and [name]Elsie[/name] would get confused for other names a lot. What do you think? Thanks so much!
[name]Audrey[/name] [name]Cecilia[/name] and [name]Violet[/name] [name]Annabelle[/name] are beautiful, strong, feminine, and classy names. With [name]Cordelia[/name] and [name]Eloise[/name], I don’t see the point in naming them [name]Cordelia[/name] and [name]Eloise[/name] if you plan to call them [name]Cora[/name] and [name]Elsie[/name] 80% of the time.
I also don’t see the point, when the nicknames are legitimate names themselves. I prefer [name]Cora[/name] and [name]Elsie[/name], as their full names.
I love [name]Cordelia[/name] and [name]Violet[/name] is really growing on me. [name]Eloise[/name] is still too dusty and gray-haired for me, and [name]Audrey[/name] is overrated and not as pretty as other choices.
I think [name]Cordelia[/name] and [name]Violet[/name] make the best pairing out of the names you have. (they also secretly share the letters ‘o’, ‘i’, ‘e’, ‘l’ in the middle of their names, in a different order of course which make them seem more like a pair)
[name]Cora[/name] and [name]Vi[/name] would be nice nn’s, it would sound even nicer for them to be called by their full names too since the full forms are the most beautiful.
I agree, especially with just naming them [name]Elsie[/name] and [name]Cora[/name]. But [name]Audrey[/name] and [name]Violet[/name] are by far my favourite for twins.
Can [name]Violet[/name] and [name]Cordelia[/name] be an option?
nn Vie and [name]Cora[/name]? (I’d prefer [name]Lia[/name])
or [name]Violet[/name] and [name]Eloise[/name]?
nn Vie and [name]Elsie[/name]?
[name]Audrey[/name] lacks the vintagey charm that [name]Violet[/name], [name]Cordelia[/name] and [name]Eloise[/name] share.
Also there is a nice repetition of the letters i,o,e and l in each. it’s not really a theme but does make the names look nice together.
If you aren’t open to mixing and matching I’d go with [name]Cordelia[/name] and [name]Eloise[/name].
I like [name]Audrey[/name] and [name]Eloise[/name] (no nicknames), personally.
But I agree with others who said that if you’re going to call them [name]Cora[/name] and [name]Elsie[/name], just go with [name]Cora[/name] and [name]Elsie[/name].
I prefer [name]Audrey[/name] and [name]Violet[/name]. I don’t think the names match, which is why i’m drawn to them even more. Plus, I love both names equally.
I would say [name]Audrey[/name] and [name]Violet[/name], though I think you could also mix and match. Perhaps [name]Audrey[/name] and [name]Cordelia[/name], or [name]Violet[/name] and [name]Eloise[/name].
I [name]LOVE[/name] [name]Audrey[/name] and [name]Violet[/name]! I think they’re more stylish and modern while still having some old-fasioned glamour to them.
I guess I’m the odd one out here because I love [name]Cordelia[/name] & [name]Eloise[/name] because of the nickname option. I think it’s great to have shorter name to use every day and a longer more sophisticated name to use in formal situation. And all names and nicknames are lovely in this combination, so [name]Cordelia[/name] and [name]Eloise[/name] get my vote.
I think both combinations are fine although I slightly prefer [name]Cordelia[/name] and [name]Eloise[/name], mainly due their nicknames, which you will likely use more anyway!
I agree, [name]Audrey[/name] and [name]Violet[/name] are beautiful together!
I [name]DO[/name] love [name]Cordelia[/name] as well, but if you’re going to call her [name]Cora[/name] most of the time, why not just go with that? It’s just as solid/established of a name.
[name]Eloise[/name] I like, but I’m not a huge fan of [name]Elsie[/name].
I like [name]Cordelia[/name] nn [name]Cora[/name] and [name]Eloise[/name] nn [name]Elsie[/name]. [name]Cora[/name] and [name]Eloise[/name] nn [name]Elsie[/name], or [name]Cora[/name] and [name]Elsie[/name] sound good together, as well. I like the idea of more formal names and using nn’s, though. I do think, though, that [name]Elsie[/name] could get confused for [name]Elise[/name], since [name]Elise[/name] is a bit more commonly used.
