Which set of five names is better?

I feel guilty for using this section so much but I’m just such an overthinker when it comes to names. I’ve been fine with my MCs’ names for a while, but now I’ve started to change my mind. Which one of these name sets do you prefer? These are teenage characters from [name_u]America[/name_u] set in high school.

First name set: [name_m]Ethan[/name_m], [name_m]Caleb[/name_m], [name_f]Alicia[/name_f], [name_u]Miles[/name_u], [name_u]Zoe[/name_u].

Second name set: [name_m]Ethan[/name_m], [name_m]Caleb[/name_m], [name_f]Maya[/name_f], [name_u]Liam[/name_u], [name_u]Zoe[/name_u].

If it matters, [name_u]Liam[/name_u] and [name_u]Zoe[/name_u] are also siblings. I’m open to any new suggestions for names I haven’t listed but you think would be better for these characters, or if you think any of these names just doesn’t work.

Would also love any suggestions for surnames for the second set if you prefer that one! I also have surnames for the first set but none for the second.

Personally I like the first name set! I don’t have a great explanation of why, but I just feel like they work well together while having more distinct sounds that help each name stand out individually. I like that Alicia’s a little longer and that [name_u]Miles[/name_u] has that long i sound that the other names don’t. Whereas [name_u]Liam[/name_u] and [name_m]Ethan[/name_m], while visually different, sound kind of similar to me which I worry will make the names blend together more.

Oh no, I didn’t think of that! I’ll ask some other people what they think about [name_m]Ethan[/name_m] and [name_u]Liam[/name_u] together

I don’t think it’s too big a deal if you decide you like that set better! I just personally like the contrast of the first set.
