Which sound better?

I can’t quite decide on either [name]Lorelei[/name] or [name]Ophelia[/name], so I was hoping that someone here could help. My last name ends in a “lee” sound, also do you pronounce [name]Ophelia[/name] as “Oh-fel-lia”, “Oh-fee-lia” or “oh-fay-lia”?

I pronounce [name]Ophelia[/name] as “O-[name]FEEL[/name]-ya”, although it can also translate as “Oh-fee-lia” in English. Your choice really.

As a side note I quite like [name]Lorelei[/name] more so [name]Ophelia[/name], and it does not have the “ee” sound that is similar to “lee”

[name]Ophelia[/name], it’s one of my favourites. I pronounce it o-[name]FEEL[/name]-yə/a. [name]Lorelei[/name] is beautiful as well.

While I like [name]Lorelei[/name], and I think the nns [name]Lola[/name], [name]Lora[/name], and [name]Lila[/name] are nice, [name]Ophelia[/name] just wins it for me. I love it, and find it so stunning. I say oh-[name]FEEL[/name]-ee-yah. There’s a slight distinction from the [name]FEEL[/name]-ya sound, maybe in hopes that the teasing would be less obvious. haha. That’s probably just subconscious, though.

[name]Lorelei[/name]! and I pronounce [name]Ophelia[/name] as “Oh-fel-lia”.

I like [name]Lorelei[/name] most.
