I like both of them, slightly preferring [name_m]Felix[/name_m], although that gives you both names beginning with F and something to consider if you are planning on a third child, whether or not you would feel locked into another F name. Other suggestions…

I really like both names, and I think both would sound good with a [name_m]German[/name_m] surname. I slightly prefer [name_m]Felix[/name_m], but I like [name_m]Leon[/name_m] better with brother [name_m]Franco[/name_m], so that’s what I voted for.
I think they would work equally well with a [name_m]German[/name_m] surname. I prefer [name_m]Felix[/name_m] myself.

I prefer [name_m]Felix[/name_m], and think it fits all of your criterion quite well.
I too prefer [name_m]Felix[/name_m], but it looks like [name_m]Leon[/name_m] is ahead on the poll. [name_m]Felix[/name_m] is such a bright, bold, snappy name that really stands up to brother [name_m]Franco[/name_m] (lovely choice, by the way!) [name_m]Leon[/name_m] feels smoother and calmer, but works well too. I personally really like the alliteration of [name_m]Franco[/name_m] and [name_m]Felix[/name_m] as a brother set.
