I prefer [name]Isla[/name], but [name]Eila[/name] has the most obvious spelling, if you think that might be an issue.

I prefer [name]Isla[/name]. All the others seem very trendy to me. I think once people see [name]Isla[/name] and hear “eye-lah”, they’ll just know how to say it. It’s really not that complicated of a name, imo. [name]Isla[/name] [name]Sylvie[/name] is gorgeous!

I like [name]Isla[/name], very soft and the classic spelling. It’s a beautiful name, the other spellings just look like trendy yooneek spelling.
