What is your preferred spelling for [name_f]Catherine[/name_f]? I prefer either [name_f]Katharine[/name_f] (The Hepburn way!) or the classic [name_f]Catherine[/name_f].
[name_f]Katherine[/name_f] is by far my personal favourite, but I do like [name_f]Katharine[/name_f] as well.

I prefer [name_f]Katherine[/name_f] because I love [name_u]Kit[/name_u] or [name_f]Kate[/name_f] as nn. [name_f]Catherine[/name_f] is classic and I think [name_f]Cat[/name_f] is a cute nn. [name_f]Katharine[/name_f] for me seems like it would just get misspelled a lot

I generally like the [name_f]Catherine[/name_f] spelling more. Cs just feel classier. And I like the nn [name_f]Cate[/name_f] spelled that way. However, I also love the nn [name_u]Kit[/name_u]. Which makes more sense w/the [name_f]Katherine[/name_f] spelling. And I am cool w/Katherine. I just don’t like when there are 'y’s stuck in there.
