Which spelling

This is a bit of a conundrum - [name_f]Bryony[/name_f] or [name_f]Briony[/name_f]?

I am a bit of a stickler for original spellings, so I should go with [name_f]Bryony[/name_f]. But it looks like a “made up, stick a Y in the place of vowels, [name_f]Kaylyn[/name_f]-Paytyn-[name_u]Trystyn[/name_u]” kind of name. Or at least it does to me, what do you think?

Open to MN suggestions as well, I have it with [name_f]Greer[/name_f] right now

I prefer [name_f]Bryony[/name_f] as it looks more traditional and less made up. I like [name_f]Bryony[/name_f] [name_f]Gwyneth[/name_f] or [name_f]Bryony[/name_f] [name_f]Gwendolen[/name_f].

Bump.

Is the berry in agreement on [name_f]Bryony[/name_f]?

Definitely [name_f]Bryony[/name_f]. It’s the original, and it’s not made up, as the ‘Y’ isn’t there just to replace an ‘I’ for no reason. It looks way better than [name_f]Briony[/name_f] too.

I love [name_f]Bryony[/name_f]. [name_f]Briony[/name_f] is the one that looks made up to me. [name_f]Bryony[/name_f] [name_f]Greer[/name_f] is absolutely stunning!

[name_f]Bryony[/name_f]. I know a few by this name so it’s more familiar to me.
