layla is the most intuitive to me, leila is gorgeous too but i might be inclined to say Lee-lah rather than Lay-lah.

I like all 3 spellings, and voted for [name_f]Leila[/name_f] as the most interesting. But I think all 3 are really fine.

[name_f]Layla[/name_f] is the most obvious pronunciation so it’s my favorite!

I’m so glad [name_f]Leila[/name_f] is in the majority. I think it looks the best. I do worry about people mispronouncing it ‘Lila’ or even ‘Lee- lah’ but I think most people will know how to pronounce it correctly. [name_f]Lila[/name_f] isn’t a bad name either.

[name_f]Layla[/name_f] would be my first pick, [name_f]Leila[/name_f] is nice too

I would pronounce [name_f]Laila[/name_f] like lye-luh, but I think the other two are equally nice.
