Which surname do you prefer?

My character is a twenty-one year-old Irish private detective in Manhattan. I had originally settled on O’Dea (pronounced ‘Oh-[name]Day[/name]’) as being her last name, sure enough to write the first book of the series with that name, but now I’m not so sure. I was thinking of changing it to [name]Rea[/name] (pronounced ‘[name]Ray[/name]-ah’). Which do you prefer?

I would stay with O’Dea I think it sounds the best with [name]Alice[/name].

I like O’Dea better too.
