I think that [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] Chandonnait sounds epic - she stands-out; is something special. She’s a star.

[name_f]Penelope[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_m]Harvey[/name_m] is nice too though, more grounded and honestly would be a lot easier to carry (spelling, pronunciation).
