[name]Do[/name] you prefer [name]Aurelian[/name] or [name]Aurelius[/name]?
Once I have some replies I will explain my preference and my problem
[name]Aurelian[/name]! It’s beautiful and precious.
[name]Aurelian[/name]!!
[name]Aurelian[/name] for sure!
[name]Aurelian[/name]! It’s lighter than [name]Aurelius[/name] & adds nickname potential.
[name]Aurelian[/name]! But that’s mostly because I’m not a fan of names ending in -us. I love the meaning too.
I love [name]Aurelian[/name]! I like [name]Aurelius[/name], too, but nowhere near as much as [name]Aurelian[/name].
I figured [name]Aurelian[/name] would be the clear front runner, it’s my favorite too.
The problem is our last name begins with ‘A’ and ends in ‘ton’. I think it’s too similar but I’m trying to convince myself it sounds cool and strong
I was secretly hoping everyone loved [name]Aurelius[/name] but I knew before I asked. Thoughts??
I quite like it. I’m imagining his name is [name]Aurelian[/name] Akerton, and I think it sounds strong and dignified. In my experience, people tend to like alliterative names or almost singsongy names. I think it will make him memorable in a good way
That’s a tough one. I do like [name]Aurelius[/name] too and it probably would sound better with your last name. I’m kind of in the same boat because my fiance’s favorite boy name and the only one we can agree on ends in ‘er’ and our last name ends in ‘er’. In our situation, I think we’ll probably still use it (although we’re currently not expecting and we may change our minds). If you really love it, I would just use it. [name]Aurelian[/name] is a wonderful name.
I feel this way too but I think people are one extreme or the other on this topic. We plan to start ttc in the next couple months for baby #3. We have two girls so I’m dreaming of boys names
Thanks for the feedback!
[name]Both[/name] would be dashing, but I prefer [name]Aurelian[/name].
I love [name]Aurelian[/name]. [name]Aurelius[/name] is ok, but not as awesome.
I prefer [name]Aurelian[/name]. It’s lighter.
