I prefer the [name_m]French[/name_m] spelling of [name_f]Delphine[/name_f]. I think the name is sophisticated and elegant.
I prefer the ‘ph’ with both names, but [name_f]Delfina[/name_f] comes with the added bonus of being an anagram of the ground where my football team plays, Anfield.
We bought a player from [name_m]Ajax[/name_m] a few years ago and - creepily - his daughter is called [name_f]Delfina[/name_f]. Everyone said it was a sign that he was meant to end up at Liverpool 
I find [name_f]Delphine[/name_f] and [name_f]Delphina[/name_f] to be the most attractive choices visually.
I like both [name_f]Delphine[/name_f] and [name_f]Delphina[/name_f] (and [name_f]Delphia[/name_f]), but I chose [name_f]Delphina[/name_f], because it’s the name I liked the most half an hour ago. 
I like the PH spelling better because the F spelling looks a bit too feathery and frilled to me. Also, the A makes it too complicated for me, not sure if you feel the same way.
