[name]Alessandra[/name] & [name]Katerina[/name] - I think these two make a lovely sibset.
I once met an [name]Alessandra[/name] & sister [name]Giovanna[/name]. I thought this was a nice sibset as well.
[name]Seraphina[/name]! I love the way that [name]Alessandra[/name]'s exotic smoothness contrasts and compliments [name]Seraphina[/name]'s sweetness. [name]Vittoria[/name] would also work really nicely - are you still considering her?

With all due respect, you know nothing about our relationship, our history, or where we stand or what our plans are. I mean, for all you know I could already be 3 months pregnant, or 7 months engaged. shrug My parents met at my age and are still together with three kids.
I already have a a combo set for [name]Vittoria[/name], and it’s ranked one step behind [name]Victoria[/name] because I’m wary myself on giving a child a name that constantly will be mistaken for something else, and misspelled.
This topic was to comment on which names others would pair with [name]Alessandra[/name]. Not to comment on my relationship, or whether or not I should take his opinion at all. I’m well aware that we very well may not end up having a family together, but regardless, if we don’t have any kids together, there’s no harm in having ideas picked out anyways. We’ve been together nearly 5 years, and talking about names is a subject we both enjoy.

Yes, I noticed you commented on the main question, I still think that the comment on my relationship was rather out of line. Since, in the case of this topic I mentioned that I was still considering [name]Vittoria[/name], just that my SO wasn’t that on board. I didn’t say it was nixed because he didn’t like it.
I’m always open to advice, but considering you don’t know anything about my relationship or my SO, you kind of don’t have any advice to give.
Especially since I have a feeling that if I was only 2 years older at 21, the comment likely wouldn’t have been made. I’ve posted before that I don’t have issues with SO disagreeing with names I love. He doesn’t like every name I do, but he never vetos ones that I truly love. I think I mentioned that in topics once or twice. I can’t really remember, either way you might not have seen it.
But yeah, I don’t give up names I love for his opinion, in fact, I get him to like all the names that I do most times. I just explain what I like, and pull the “But look how lovely it sounds with your last name!” card, and he usually sees why it’s a combo I like. And if he doesn’t, which is pretty rare, I still keep them on my long list. We’re young, there’s always a chance we won’t end up with a family together, this I know.

I would perhaps be more positive to [name]Katerina[/name] if I wasn’t so fed up with long K names. Half my class in high school had some variant of [name]Christian[/name]/[name]Kristian[/name] or [name]Katherine[/name]/[name]Catherine[/name], so I’m very fed up with those names. [name]Ekaterina[/name] is more fun, and I like [name]Christiana[/name]. [name]Katharina[/name] is also ok, and the simplicity of [name]Catherine[/name] is much appreciated, but a bit out of place here
[name]Victoria[/name], then [name]Seraphina[/name]. I like that the classic [name]Victoria[/name] sort of tones [name]Alessandra[/name] down, makes more names usable with it in the future, but I just think [name]Alessandra[/name] and [name]Seraphina[/name] are so stunning together!
I agree with you there! Adding [name]Victoria[/name] to the mix makes my pool of choices broader I think. [name]Seraphina[/name] narrows it down more, but it’s very pretty next to it! Maybe it can be a twinset?

[name]Alessandra[/name] and [name]Katerina[/name] are beautiful together:-)
[name]Alessandra[/name] & Giavana are my two favorite names for sisters or twins right now (For girls, ofcourse!)
