I [name_f]LOVE[/name_f] [name_f]Cassia[/name_f] [name_f]Snow[/name_f] and voted before looking at big sister’s name (which is beautiful). Now I’m reconsidering [name_f]Ember[/name_f] and [name_f]Winter[/name_f] because I don’t like sibling names to end in the same sound, ex: “uh”. All beautiful names, though!

thanks! i’m worried about the sibling names sounding too similar as well, which is why it’s hard to compromise with my boyfriend because he seems to like more feminine names ending in “a.” i like the idea of a stronger sounding first name with a flourishy, girly middle name.

I would choose [name_f]Matilda[/name_f].

I votes [name_f]Cassia[/name_f] [name_f]Snow[/name_f] as I find it to be a beautiful name.
However I like [name_f]Saskia[/name_f] [name_u]Winter[/name_u] as I think it to be as unique a name as Alora [name_f]Belle[/name_f].

i also really like [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Antoinette[/name_f]? no one likes [name_u]Winter[/name_u] as a first name though it seems.

I really like [name_f]Saskia[/name_f] [name_u]Winter[/name_u] and even though they both have a ending - the two girls names sound entirely different but still nice together.

First choice is [name_u]Ember[/name_u] followed by [name_u]Winter[/name_u] (nn [name_u]Wyn[/name_u] is too cute)… i also dislike names starting or ending in the same sound for siblings esp if they have same amount of syllables. but thats a personal preference.

[name_u]Ember[/name_u] has been on my list since my first daughter, and [name_u]Ember[/name_u] [name_f]Antoinette[/name_f] is my favorite [name_u]Ember[/name_u] combination so far, but i’m not sure yet if i’m totally in love with it. I have a long list of longer and shorter middle names, but i’m kind of stuck on having something wintery. other middles i like are:

[name_f]Azalea[/name_f]
[name_f]Rosalind[/name_f]
[name_f]Galaxy[/name_f] (kinda out there, i know)
[name_f]Fawn[/name_f]
[name_u]Fable[/name_u]
[name_f]Violette[/name_f]
Palomena
[name_f]Bohemia[/name_f]/[name_f]Boheme[/name_f] (bf hates this)
[name_f]Eleanora[/name_f]

i’ve had a hard time picking a first that’s not too matchy to Alora that also has little to no nicknames and doesn’t end in the “n” sound (last name starts with “n”)

i’m pretty sure i’ve combed through every name imaginable but i’m open to suggestions/combos.

I like [name_f]Saskia[/name_f] [name_u]Winter[/name_u] best.

I like [name_f]Saskia[/name_f] [name_u]Winter[/name_u] and [name_f]Cassia[/name_f] [name_f]Snow[/name_f]. They are both lovely combinations and work well with Alora [name_f]Belle[/name_f].

I think sounds are more important than endings to me. [name_m]Chace[/name_m] and [name_m]Grayson[/name_m] both start and end in different letters, but they sound really close. [name_f]Emma[/name_f] and [name_f]Annie[/name_f] also start/end differently but sound too similar.

Alora and [name_f]Saskia[/name_f] or Alora and [name_f]Cassia[/name_f] end in ‘a,’ but they sound like two distinct, individual names.

[name_u]Ember[/name_u] is ok, but she would get mistaken for [name_f]Amber[/name_f] constantly. [name_u]Winter[/name_u] is also pretty, but I just think [name_f]Saskia[/name_f] and [name_f]Cassia[/name_f] really shine!

I like [name_u]Winter[/name_u] as a first name, just not with that middle. But it’s middle name, so it won’t be used unless girl want to use it.

love Alora [name_f]Belle[/name_f]!

different but not trendy or trying too hard or gimmicky

[name_u]Ember[/name_u] [name_f]Antoinette[/name_f] - [name_m]WAY[/name_m] TRENDY, trying too hard
[name_f]Cassia[/name_f] [name_f]Snow[/name_f] - [name_f]Cassia[/name_f] i love, [name_f]Snow[/name_f] is trendy
[name_f]Saskia[/name_f] [name_u]Winter[/name_u] - feels Russian and stands out in a bad way from Alora, doesnt match
[name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Esmerelda[/name_f] - AGAIN [name_m]WAY[/name_m] TRENDY, trying too hard
[name_f]Matilda[/name_f] [name_u]Winter[/name_u] - too ‘normal’ for sister of Alora, you need something with a lil oomph. could try the variation [name_f]Maudlin[/name_f]

[name_f]Cassia[/name_f] [name_f]Antoinette[/name_f]
[name_f]Maudlin[/name_f] [name_u]Winter[/name_u]

Alora [name_f]Belle[/name_f] & [name_f]Cassia[/name_f] [name_f]Antoinette[/name_f]

ps if you use [name_f]Esmerelda[/name_f] - spell correctly with [name_f]Esmeralda[/name_f] - everyone says it and spells it the same due to it being from [name_f]Emerald[/name_f]. or use [name_f]Esmeranda[/name_f] which i think is less clunky than the -elda ending

Sibset cohesion matters less than choosing a name you love. There’s no point settling on a name you’re not passionate about simply because it sounds good with your daughter’s. After all, they’ll be addressed as separate individuals for most of their lives.

[name_f]Cassia[/name_f] [name_f]Snow[/name_f] and then [name_f]Saskia[/name_f] [name_u]Winter[/name_u]. [name_f]Lovely[/name_f] choices.

[name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Antoinette[/name_f]
[name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Eleanora[/name_f]
[name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Violette[/name_f]
[name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Fawn[/name_f] (idk about 2 word names though…)

any suggestions for middles for [name_u]Winter[/name_u] to make the name more palatable?

Ugh, I love [name_f]Saskia[/name_f] and [name_f]Cassia[/name_f] both!

1 [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] [name_u]Winter[/name_u]
2 [name_f]Saskia[/name_f] [name_u]Winter[/name_u]
3 [name_f]Cassia[/name_f] [name_f]Snow[/name_f]

it looks like nothing is going to pull ahead of [name_f]Cassia[/name_f] [name_f]Snow[/name_f]! thanks everyone!

I love the fn [name_u]Winter[/name_u] but [name_f]Cassia[/name_f] [name_f]Snow[/name_f] flows better than [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Esmeralda[/name_f] so I picked that
