I was just thinking wouldnt it be fun to make up this whole back story and get to name about six hypothetical babies who i wouldnt have to care for and clothe and buy stuff… there are TOO many gorgeous names out there and i am only having one baby lol! i am not exactly rich (haha) so two kids is a bit out of the way right now but i’ve love to play the well off woman with four kids and twins on the way for a bit!
Lol I think I need to spend a bit more time on the ‘baby name games’ section so i can live out my ‘fantasy’

If you were well off could choose the name of your hubby and kids the genders and whether they were twins etc what names would you choose? We are expecting twins boy/girl twins

The poor trolls don’t know that that kind of fantasizing is welcome, and there’s an entire forum dedicated to it (the [name]Baby[/name] Name Games section). It’s just that lying is not OK.
What is a troll? I’m fairly new and like to look up the different names (as we are looking for our little daughter) as well as do the games. I’m not really up on the site’s lingo. i.e. DH DW DS and so on…
If it’s fantasy ok, I would have three girls and name them Aglaia, [name]Ofelia[/name] and Ermione (er-MEEOH-neh).
In reality I could never handle three kids. And I come from a family of egocentric women, I will never have more than one daughter
I don’t know which I’d want as twins/triplets though. That part I have trouble with, lol. I do know I want it to start off boy-girl-girl though. A troll is someone who lies about naming babies and their background story or comes on here and wreaks havoc by making stupid posts about babies with ridiculous names like Peppermint.
Honestly we’ve had so many trolls and I usually can’t figure out who is and who isn’t but it makes me a little sad (maybe that’s ridiculous) to find out someone you’ve been helping is a fake person, I’ve sort of cut down on posting because I never know who is faking having twins, kids with interesting names, etc…
Haha, there wouldn’t be much point in me being a troll because I already have 5 wonderful children! And to the OP, its actually scary how close you are to how many kids I have. I have a DD, DS, DD, DD,DS, haha!
And as for @bb19 DD is darling daughter, DS is darling son, DW is darling wife and DH is darling husband.

Like a little secret. But I wouldn’t want to do that to people, it can be just awful. I was tricked by a troll once, it was terrible. Attacked by them, too. But yes, that part of being a troll would be quite fun! haha.
It just kills me, the idea of not being able to use [name]Asher[/name], [name]Jack[/name], [name]Grayson[/name], [name]Avery[/name], [name]Violet[/name], [name]Liliana[/name], [name]Charlotte[/name], and [name]Hannah[/name], but as a little family, [name]Isabelle[/name], [name]Arianne[/name], [name]Caleb[/name], [name]Olivia[/name], and [name]Everett[/name] seem perfect. If I had six, the last one would probably be either [name]Asher[/name] or [name]Violet[/name]. While I used to love the idea of twins in theory, I’m not sure I could handle them, haha. Although it does run in my family, so it could be a possibility!
Any troll is always welcome to shadow me for a day and all I do…also, live in my body while pregnant and then she (assuming most males would not do trolling of this sort) can surely help pick out my kids names, lol.
I am very sad that I will most likely never name another girl (unless the US was wrong and our sweet guy coming in the spring is actually a sweet girl!) however, I did get a good run with actually using names and can talk them as much as I want in the future when there is time. I think actually naming 6 children is every name lovers dream! Granted I had no twins or anything “exciting” (while I do love the idea of them and had we ever had them I would have loved them so much…the actual idea sort of freaks me out knowing mamas of twins irl and how difficult their pregnancies and first few years can be!) but it was exciting each time we chose a name (DH and I both compromised, him never getting to use [name]Maximus[/name], me never getting to use [name]Astrid[/name] ) and I do not regret any that we chose nor would I do over any of them.
But yes, naming a child is really different from being pregnant with that child, giving birth to it, caring for it, raising it and providing for it for the rest of their lives!
and being a troll you can use guilty pleasure names guilt free!! or have all fairy names! And of course there names would match their ‘looks’ and personality! maybe this is why Sims was invented! anyone else play Sims? i [name]LOVE[/name] making big families and naming them and all their clothes and building their elaborate houses and then i rarely play them…
when my girl is big i will get her The Sims 3 to play! i played it at my cousins house and was like WANT! she lent it to me for a month and now its gone… it was so much fun…
Wow, thanks for the information. I have never heard of being a troll before. I guess some people just don’t have a life, huh? Anyway, this site has really been great for name info. I have one daughter and one on the way. Also, my sister-in-law suggested this site to find all sorts of different names. I have a while to go, so exploring names has been and will be fun.
