I’m nowhere near having kids, but I’ve always loved the name ‘[name]Wilder[/name]’ and, well, I was wondering if it was a little too wild. :stuck_out_tongue: My sister used it for her son ([name]Wilder[/name] [name]Frank[/name]) a couple of years ago, but I’ve always imagined using it as a middle name ([name]Henry[/name] [name]Wilder[/name], [name]Thomas[/name] [name]Wilder[/name], etc) – WDYT?

I’ve always loved it too. I think of Almanzo [name]Wilder[/name] and [name]Little[/name] House on the [name]Prairie[/name], which I loved too much as a kid. Some celebrity named his baby [name]Wilder[/name] a few years ago and I recently met a little boy name Wylder (He was very sweet and not [name]Wild[/name] at all). It’s on my list, but I don’t know. I’m afraid he’ll be some little terror and I’ll get no sympathy from anyone because I named him [name]WILDER[/name] and they’ll be like, “What did you expect?”, but I love it.

I love the idea of using it as a middle name. I think [name]Henry[/name] [name]Wilder[/name] is awesome.

I like it, especially as a middle name. It made me think of [name]Little[/name] House and the [name]Prairie[/name] as well. A very handsome name!

[name]Love[/name] [name]Wilder[/name] as a middle name, it sounds so handsome and intellectual ha. The actress [name]Kate[/name] [name]Hudson[/name]'s brother has a son named [name]Wilder[/name] [name]Brooks[/name] [name]Hudson[/name], and that is what reminded me.

I think it would be a good middle name, so long as your sister isn’t likely to freak out about you using the same name as her.
